Great home for family get away near Indian Rocks Beach

Loved our stay at your beautiful home. The house was very clean, loved the spacious bedrooms and layout. Was perfect for our family to stay at while attending a family wedding. Short 10-minute drive to the beach.

Awesome house in a great location

This house is not only clean and has anything you need it’s also close to a lot of stuff while also be away from all the hustle and bustle. I have 2 small kids and my wife and I would choose this over any of the beach front resorts any day. With a rental car or Uber this is your PERFECT spot!

Comfort In Modest A Setting

Vacationers are greeted by a moderately priced well appointed home with all amenities for home and beach! The laundry is a plus for return travel and the garage is an added bonus. Location is convenient to malls, restaurants, etc. Would book again.

better than the pictures look

Great location, very roomy, well maintained, pet friendly (fenced backyard for the dogs), and nice neighborhood. Very close to Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, and an hour and a half from Orlando. Has everything you need for a Florida beach vacation. Will definitely stay again in the future -only negative thing i can say is wish the hose was wqs was working for the days back from the beach.

Largo home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in this home. Very roomy, clean, comfortable and well supplied. David was quick to respond when the gas grill ran out of gas, and he had a replacement tank there in 5 minutes. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Highly recommend this rental property.

Best Thanksgiving Ever

A beautiful place to spend our Thanksgiving. First time getting to see some family in 12 years and having such a beautiful place to eat Thanksgiving dinner and stay for the week made it all that much better.

Would have been great but...

This property was very clean, well stocked, and spacious. The location was perfect for our family as well. Our only complaint, which is huge, was the INCESSANT barking of the neighbor's dog directly behind this house, mostly in the mornings from about 6-8am while trying to sleep but also randomly throughout the day. Backyard entertaining, especially with pets, would be completely out of the question.

Awesome Stay!

First the only complaint I have is the pictures in the listing do not accurately reflect the actual property. It is actually much bigger and better! It was perfect for us. Very close to the beach, stores and an awesome park that we could bike to which were included with our stay. A nice surprise. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back! Oh, and let's not forget that my son enjoyed the enclosed back yard for excellent lizard catching! Thank you both for helping us create such a memorable family vacation!

Excellent property and location,

Pros: Pretty much everything. Great location and very nice property. Owner very responsive to inquiries. Easy to work with. Cons: No real cons. Only issue we had the entire time was one of the pull out sofas could not be used. We had an air mattress with us so not a real problem.

Loved the home

Loved the home! It was just enough room for my family of 4. I loved the option to grill and the inclosed patio to eat at. My children enjoyed the play room area with the games that were there. It was very nice that there were things already there to use to take to the beach! It wasn’t a far drive from stores,beach, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful home in great location!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was great. We were a few blocks from John Taylor Park where we enjoyed walking around the lake. At the edge of the park is the Pinellas Bike Trail which goes miles in either direction (more than 50 miles total). We brought our own bikes and used it often. We also often rode over the causeway to the beaches. It was also easy to get to the beaches or to other shopping by car. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. They were very easy to work with. The house photos don't show the nice desk and simple chair that were in the "sun room". We used these often. We had several guests visit during our stay. They enjoyed the guest bedroom and bathroom. The screened in porch was a lovely place for us to have meals or talk. We would definitely stay here again!

TRULY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

This is the fifth house I have rented in the Clearwater/Largo/Indian Rocks beaches area, and it is my favorite; it is so comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into furnishing the house for a large family or guests, with plenty of linens, blankets, pillows -- and even beach toys and fishing poles! I felt safe, and it was great to be on a quiet cul-de-sac. The back yard was perfect for my little dog -- my only regret was that it was too cold and rainy for me to sit out in the screened-in back porch. Most importantly, however, is the fact that the owners live close-by, and are obviously committed to assuring that their renters have a pleasant experience. I really appreciated their quick response to my calls for help with a couple of minor issues. I highly recommend this property!
