Casa Madera es nuestro PH en Ki Tulum. Todos los muebles estĂĄn hechos por artesanos mexicanos y hemos cuidado cada detalle para que tu experiencecia se Ășnica. Tenemos una alberca privada en el Rooftop donde ademĂĄs puedes ver el atardecer en la selva mientras haces un bbq en nuestro asador. Libros, Netflix y todo lo que necesitas para relajarte desuĂ©s de un dĂa en la playa o una noche de fiesta, hamacas y camas junto a la alberca para tomar el sol o ver las estrellas. En 7 minutos de la playa.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Welcome to Casa Madera. We hope that you will feel at home. We designed the space in order to create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, regardless of whether you will use it to rest, work, or as a base from which to know the Mayan Riviera.
Our furniture was specifically designed by La Metropolitana (IG: @_lametropolitana) and manufactured by Mexican craftsmen. We ask two very simple favours so that other guests can also enjoy them in their current state:
âą Always use coasters for drinks. You can find them in the top drawer of the kitchen.
âą Please do not smoke inside the flat. You can smoke in the balcony or in the rooftop (except on the rooftop bed, please). Thereâs ashtrays in the second drawer of the kitchen.
THE BASICS
âą WiFi
SPEAKER
We have a Marshall speaker which we like a lot. In order to use it simply press the âpairâ button and choose âStanmore Bluetoothâ in your device.
KITCHEN
Stove and oven
Theyâre electric. The burners will stay hot for a while after you turn them off, so be careful not to burn your hands. To turn the oven on you must choose a mode (roaster, oven, or both), a temperature, and a time interval.
Food
Please help yourself to anything you find.
Bar
Feel free to poor yourselves a welcome drink. Also feel free to contribute anything to it.
SPECIAL DINNER
In the cabinet under the TV in the main bedroom you will find a tablecloth and serviettes, in case you want to have a special dinner in the dining table or upstairs in the roof.
FIRST AID KIT
Itâs under the sink of the main toilet. Hopefully you wonât need it!

Both rooms have smart TVs with internet connection. Simply press the âNetflixâ button on the remote control to load such platform.

In Chedraui as well as Oxxo you can find charcoal for the grill. Just be careful not to leave the fire unattended. In the cabinet under the sink you will find a blue plastic box with basic cooking stuff (oil, salt, etc.).
In the hatch of the tub you will find the switch to turn the light on (on the left-hand side).
TOWELS
You will find towels for daily use in the toilettes. Thereâs baskets in the bedrooms and in the living room with coloured towels for the rooftop and for the swimming pool downstairs.
CLEANING
We will make sure the flat is clean when you get there. Your stay also includes a weekly clean-up, if youâre staying over 7 days. If you need extra cleaning you can call Jessica to organise it; it will cost $500 Mexican pesos per session.
GETTING TO THE BEACH
As you exit Aldea Zama, turn right. In 2Km you will get to a crossroads. If you turn right or left you will find beach clubs (more if you turn right) and some public beaches (more if you turn left, towards the Tulum Archaeological Site).
SHOPPING
For basic stuff you can go to Fresh Market inside Aldea Zama. For proper supermarket shopping you can hit Chedraui on Avenida CobĂĄ: as you exit Aldea Zama turn left and itâll be on your right-hand side after 1Km.
BIKES
As you exit Aldea Zama turn left, and you will find a bike-rental place after some 500m on the left-hand side, on Avenida CobĂĄ.
RECOMENDATIONS
We have a few favourites, both by the beach and in town.
Eating
Casa Jaguar, Hartwood, Posada Marguerita, Cenzontle, Los aguachiles (in town).
Spending the day in the beach:
Ahau, NĂŽmade.
Grabbing a drink or dancing:
Xaman, Gitano, Pasito Tun Tun (in town).
Donât miss the chance of going to a cenote, and visiting the Sian Kaâan Reservoir in Muyil.
