This was a great house with nice spaces indoors and outdoors! Situated nicely away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas, but not too far away to still be able to enjoy a full day at Presque Isle! Being a stones throw away from ice cream was nice too haha. We had 3 adults and 3 children and it really was perfect. The hosts have it set up nicely and while we didn't need to contact them (because the house had all the the things!) I am certain they would have been responsive based on the typical rental communication we did have. We would definitely stay again!

Upon arrival we were given the door code which made it fast and easy. It was very clean and spacious. The garage area was carpeted which made it nice to change in and out of our fishing gear. There is a park within walking distance. There is also a distillery and restaurant across the street. We noticed an ice cream shop literally next door but unfortunately it was closed for the season. The bedrooms were very nice including the master and its own bathroom. The mattress in the garage was awesome for extra guests and very comfortable. We contacted the host because the WiFi was incorrect but they got back to me within seconds with the correct one. The communication was great. Will definitely book here again….. 5 stars

This place is truly a gem! The home was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with lots of wonderful amenities. Pre-check-in communication was excellent and set a great tone from the start. We did run into a small hiccup at arrival (we were initially given an incorrect keypad code), but the response was quick, kind, and efficient. We were able to reach someone immediately, and the issue was resolved without stress. Mistakes happen—what matters is how they’re handled, and this host handled everything beautifully. The house strikes that perfect balance of feeling private and peaceful while still being close to civilization, which we really appreciated. It was a great place to relax, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Hopefully next time in warmer weather so we can fully enjoy the large outdoor deck!Highly recommend!
There were lots of kid-friendly game options available. We hadn't been there 10 minutes before the boys were engaged with a game of Connect 4.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the home was comfortable, well equipped, and that pre-check-in communication set a great tone. Sorry about the keypad mix-up, but happy it was handled quickly and smoothly. Pleased the location felt private yet close to everything. We appreciated hosting you and hope to welcome you back—maybe next time in warmer weather so you can enjoy the deck.
