Great cottage

Lovely accommodation - just as listed on www and on the photos. Very clean - everything you need in the kitchen - pretty garden fully fenced for our fur child. Great ocean views - we stayed during Christmas week and lovely to arrive with some christmas decorations in the home and a little LED tree with baubles and a surprise box of choccies in the fridge - thank you. Would highly recommend.

Great location, Comfy, Cosy, Charming, And Pet -friendly.

This charming cottage is within walking distance of everything - beach, cafes, etc. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, the beds are comfortable and the sunroom is great for meals with a view. So happy to find pet-friendly accommodation with all amenities and a wonderful view.

Fabulous Beach Front Stay

The cottage was brilliant! We had a wonderful weekend for the Port MacDonnell Sailing Regatta! Perfect location, walking distance from the shops and the sailing club. Beautiful view and easy amenities for a great weekend stay! It was super convenient as we were able to bring our furry family member with us. We will definitely be back!

The Cray fleet

We had a wonderful stay in your cute cottage. It was quiet and peaceful with great views of the cray fleet and fishing dingys from the sunroom. The sunroom and back yard a favourite for us and our dogs. A well equipped cottage with comfortable beds. Great views and good dog friendly beach and parkland. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

A quiet retreat

Cathy and Adam have a comfortable house ideally located overlooking the harbour and ocean yet within walking distance to most amenities. The local people we met were very friendly and the neighbourhood was quiet (pre-Easter holidays). Had time permitted, we would have loved to have stayed longer.

We loved the location of Sea View cottage, the view from the little front room overlooked the ocean and we enjoyed watching all the fishing boats coming and going, we found lots to see, people were friendly and welcoming and the food experience was amazing, we would certainly return to stay at Port McDonnell

Heaven

My wife and I had the best time, very thing was perfect. The property is close to heaps of things to see and the fish & chips shop a short walk away serves the best you will find anywere. The house was clean and very thing was thought of, even chocolates in fridge. I am usually hard on reviews but this time the only thing I could find to complain about was the weather. I would recomend to anyone.

Great location

Excellent with the dogs they had the whole garage to sleep in. The living areas were clean and the heater was on when we arrived. But then when I opened up the kitchen cupboards they were dirty inside, hadn’t been wiped out in a while. The bedside draws in the bedroom stunk and there was a resident spider in mine. (So they weren’t used) and we weren’t even given a clean kitchen sponge someone else’s dirty one. Port MacDonnell is a lovely place to visit the maritime museum is pretty good, and lots of things to see an do. But just a little more care needs to be taken of the property.

The cleanliness of this property was terrible, filthy

When we contacted the owners about how dirty it was and sent through photo's we were brushed off as to bad! When we rented the property it was listed as 2 bedroom, when we got there the second bedroom was locked, therefore my family member who was sharing the house with me had to sleep on the couch, just not good enough, I will never recommend this property to anyone, the whole experience was was disgusting
