Continue a short distance, then turn onto Park Vista Way inside the Gatlinburg Falls Parkview Resort area. Follow the road up the hill until you reach 604 Park Vista Way

Half a day extensions may be available upon request with an additional charge. There is no guarantee for early or late check-in/out requests or half-day requests. Changes to these times are based on availability and the schedule of our cleaning teams.

The Crown Jewel is self-check-in and self-check-out. This home has a smart lock located on the front door. You will receive a unique code prior to your stay.

MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to book The Crown Jewel. A photo of your government ID is required after booking.

Cleanliness: We take great pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared home for your visit! The Crown Jewel is clean, sanitized and restocked before and after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home and keep it clean! Our dedicated team provides a clean space for our guests, and we hope you enjoy it! Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.

Monitoring: To protect our guests and home, The Crown Jewel has a camera installed right by the front door and on the back lower deck. We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front of the house and lower back deck. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside. Content is not shared with third party parties unless required by insurance or law.

Noise: To protect our great community from loud/disturbing noises, The Crown Jewel has a loud noise restriction after 10PM. We love our neighbors and community and want to continue providing a great place for you and future guests to stay!

GOVERNMENT ID REQUIRED: A photo of your valid ID is required 24 hours after making your reservation. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION AT ANY TIME IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR ID. CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY.

Insurance: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel. If you are interested in travel insurance, two possible options are Insuremytrip and Berkshire Hathaway travel protection.
