Step inside to a bright, open living area where a comfortable sofa and two chairs invite you to relax and unwind while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances and crisp white counters and cabinets, making it a pleasure to prepare meals or your morning coffee. Gather around the dining table for six to share home-cooked dinners or late-night chats. Sliding doors lead to the covered patio, where a table for four offers the perfect spot for alfresco dining or sipping drinks in the warm Florida breeze. This Tampa hideaway blends comfort, convenience, and charmâyour home base for a memorable stay.
This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and a desk.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

o Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the property unless safely crated.
o Furniture & Bedding: no pets on beds, couches, or other furniture (even if they promise to be careful).If your pet sneaks up, please bring/use your blankets or covers.
o House Training: Only fully house-trained pets are allowed. Accidents must be cleaned immediately.
o Noise: Please keep barking or whining to a minimum so neighbors and other guests arenât disturbed.
o Yard & Outdoor Areas: Clean up after your pet promptly and dispose of waste in sealed bags in the outdoor bin. Failure to do so will result in extra fees.
o Damage: Youâre responsible for any pet-related damage, including scratches, stains, or chewed items.
o Allergies: Out of consideration for future guests, please ensure the space is free of excessive fur or odors before checkout.
o Local Rules: All pets must be leashed when outside and follow local leash laws.
