Nestled near the Uintas, Mirror Lake, and Bear River, enjoy stunning mountain views, easy access to hiking, fishing, snow adventures, and wildlife spotting, and unwind in the community pool and hot tub after a day exploring Kamas and the surrounding scenic mountains.
Bear River Retreat is a cozy and modern studio cabin designed for comfort and relaxation. This charming cabin features 1 bedroom with a king bed, accommodating up to 2 guests, and offers a warm, inviting aesthetic with rustic touches and modern finishes throughout.
Sleeping Arrangements:

The cabin includes a full bathroom stocked with essentials, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and a small outdoor area to enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings.
Guests can take advantage of on-site snowcat, snowmobile, and ATV rentals â ready to ride straight from the cabin with no hauling required. Plus, thereâs an on-site restaurant and general store nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or essentials without ever leaving the property.
Located in Kamas, the cabin is close to the Uintas, Mirror Lake, and Bear River, offering easy access to hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, and wildlife spotting. After a day of adventure, guests can relax and unwind in the serene mountain setting.
Bear River Retreat provides the perfect balance of comfort, style, and nature, making it an ideal getaway for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful retreat in Utahâs high country.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
