Welcome to your perfect Pensacola getaway! This private studio unit offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, whether you’re visiting for work, school, or a quick getaway. Conveniently situated near local shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to downtown Pensacola and the beaches, it’s a great spot to relax and recharge while still being close to everything the city has to offer.
The space
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please be aware that we are currently making landscaping improvements at the property, which began on September 15 and will continue for about 6 weeks. Work is scheduled between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, and some daytime noise may occur during this time. Parking in the designated spot may also be limited, but alternative parking will be provided for all guests.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and want to make sure you are comfortable with this before completing your booking with us. Thank you for your understanding as we enhance the property for a better guest experience
Step into a thoughtfully designed studio featuring a comfortable bed, a functional kitchenette equipped with essential appliances, and a clean, modern bathroom. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

- Kitchen with fridge, toaster, coffee maker and cooking utensils
A Few Notes:
• This studio is one private unit in a multi-unit property. Each unit is self-contained with its own entrance, and guests may see other residents or travelers coming and going. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors, shared spaces, and quiet hours.
• For the TV, you will need to login to your own streaming account (ex. Netflix, Disney+, Prime, etc)
• Quiet hours: 10pm–8am
• Laundry is coin operated (shared with other guests)
• BBQ Grill is shared

Please be advised that due to Florida’s warm and humid climate, the presence of insects is common and often unavoidable, even with regular pest control. Guests may encounter seasonal insects such as wolf spiders, palmetto bugs, flying termites, flies, ants, mosquitoes, cicadas, wasps, hornets, and various types of bees. We take preventative measures, but a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
Road noise disclaimer:
Please note the unit is situated near a main road. As a result, guests may experience some traffic noise during their stay, particularly during peak hours.

We want to be upfront, this neighborhood is not the greatest, and it may not match everyone's expectations. With that said, we want to reassure you that we have never had any safety concerns within the property itself .The unit is secure, and many guests have enjoyed comfortable and peaceful stays. We recommend reviewing the location in advance to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

- A valid government-issued photo ID
- A selfie photo holding the ID next to your face
- A photo of the credit card used for the booking (showing only the last 4 digits and name on the card)
