Beautiful View and location

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We were walking distance to all the town activities and had 2 supermarkets right across the street. The door attendant was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with getting a taxi as needed. We could not ask for a more beautiful view. It was nice having a living room separate from our bedroom which is not something you get at an all inclusive resort. I will definitely be coming back.

Great views and location. Close to downtown and sea.

From this end cap unit, there are W, N, E, views of the ocean, coastline, and downtown. Walking distance to many restaurants shops, grocery and pharmacy. Short taxi ride to most major locations. Nice master bedroom and bath. modest furnishing elsewhere. Note: , pots, pans, and coffee cups are hanging on the ceiling rack above center kitchen table.

Great Location, Great Place to Stay

Wonderful place to stay with a a great view, comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen and wonderful location. Pool or ocean? Both right outside. We’d love to return for another stay!

Great spot located across the street from the grocery store(s) and the municipal buildings. Views down the strip are fun but the ocean views are amazing. Would definitely rent again

Best location in town

We stayed in two condos in El Cantil for a total of 8 nights and found it to be a fantastic community. (So much so that we toured a unit with a realtor). This ninth (top) floor one-bedroom unit had tons of windows, updated appliances and fixtures, and a gorgeous view. The office staff was very responsive and helpful, and the facility is very secure. The daily cleaning service is also great. One negative is that there is no elevator access to the top floor, as the elevator is shut down. You must take the elevator up to the 8th floor, walk down the hall, take the stairs to the 9th, scan your keycard, then walk down the hall to your unit, scan your keycard again, and you're finally home. Based on some postings in the elevator and discussion with the realtor, there appear to be some legal issues between the penthouse owner and the condo association. Hopefully, it is a short term problem.

attractive, comfortable, beautiful views, near stores and restaurants. very pleased.

we arrived in the evening and they had someone stay to greet us. the condo itself was beautifully decorated. wifi, TV, 2 balconies and a hot tub. Would not hesitate to rent again

It was nice. Great view of ocean and town. Could leave the doorwall open all night to hear the ocean. :) It was somewhat inconvenient not having use of the elevator that goes to the 8th floor (we stayed on the 9th). We had to use the elevator on the 7 floor. Our hot tub was not working half of the week either, although they gave us a bottle of wine for that inconvenience, we don't drink wine lol. The negative signs about the units on our floor being behind in their HOA and other fees was also a little embarrassing. The staff was very nice and the housekeeper did an awesome job.

Great location!

My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary by staying at El Cantil/Coconuts in Cozumel. The 1 bedroom penthouse was very clean and the most comfortable king size bed! Loved the two balconies. It has everything you need to feel at home. We did have a problem with the hot tub not working a couple of days, but maintenance was quick to try and resolve. Also the elevator wasn’t working so you had to get off on floor 8 and walk to penthouse on floor nine. The pool area was very nice with a gorgeous view! This is a great place to stay for the convenience to town and a huge supermarket nearby. The check in/out was very easy along with Claudia and Roberto’s assistance! They were extremely friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again! Mike and Julie/Illinois
