The Sapphire Suite 💎

This elegant three-bedroom, three-bath residence offers open-concept living with exposed brick, high ceilings, and a bright, modern kitchen with a four-seat island. Each king bedroom includes its own ensuite, and a private outdoor café table offers a quiet spot to start or end your day. Ideal for gathering over dinner or relaxing in style after exploring King Street.

The Carriage House 🏠

Tucked behind the main home, the Carriage House is a beautifully renovated three-bedroom, three-bath retreat with vaulted ceilings, an airy open kitchen and living area, and French doors that lead to a private piazza. Every bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bath, making it a favorite for couples or families craving both comfort and privacy.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
