Occupancy: Max 4 guests. All guests must be declared in the reservation.
Undeclared guests: $20/night each
Visitors: Max 2 at a time; over 4 hrs = guest ($10/night after 2nd guest).
Fees:
Lost keys/remote/keycard: $50
Damaged/stained linens: $30 each
Smoking: $200
Extra cleaning (excessive mess): charged accordingly
Late check-out: $50 after 30 min; 1 extra day after 2 hrs
Local residents must contact host before booking.
Complaints: Reporting an issue authorizes host entry to resolve it.
Violations may result in cancellation and removal without refund.
