The Space:
Step inside New Soho Vibes 1A and discover a stylish and comfortable apartment designed for an unforgettable stay. This spacious apartment features five well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a private sanctuary for relaxation. The living room provides a welcoming space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, ensuring ample space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the outdoor terrace and refreshing swimming pool provide the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by staircase.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting around New Soho Vibes 1A is a breeze! Public transportation options are plentiful, with several bus lines and the Subte (metro) easily accessible from the apartment. The nearest Subte station is approximately a 15-20 minute walk away, providing quick access to the city center and other popular destinations. For those arriving by car, street parking is available, but can be limited, especially during peak hours. There are also several paid parking garages within a short distance of the property. The Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE) is approximately a 45-60 minute drive, depending on traffic conditions, while the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery Airport (AEP) is about a 20-30 minute drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available for convenient travel.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
