This beautifully renovated apartment combines modern design with comfort and elegance. Featuring four bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small living area, a two-level terrace full of plants, and a balcony overlooking the main street, it offers both privacy and shared spaces ideal for families or groups.
The apartment was fully reconstructed in winter 2015 and decorated in a contemporary style. Each suite includes a private bathroom, a commode for your belongings, and a bedside lamp for reading at night. The beds are dressed in luxury hotel-quality linens, and guests will find shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand soap, and towels provided. From the bedroom, you can access your suite bathroom directly for added convenience.
Step out onto the large terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun, or relax on the balcony overlooking the street below. The apartment also offers free WiFi, so you can stay connected or chat with friends during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials including tea, coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and salt. It also has a spacious fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A service area with a washing machine and dryer is available for your convenience.
The building is equipped with an elevator, making it easy to reach the first-floor apartment, even if you have large luggage. At the entrance, there is a shared reception area, ideal for relaxing or reading newspapers. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. We are always reachable via chat or phone if you need assistance. The apartment will be clean and prepared for your arrival, and additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee.
Please note that on weekends and public holidays, the street outside is closed to car traffic as part of a city initiative to make the area more pedestrian-friendly. While walking access remains easy, those arriving by car should consider nearby parking or public transport options.
Other important information includes: check-in at 3 PM (flexible depending on prior guests), late check-in after 9 PM incurs âŹ30, and check-out by 11 AM. The flat accommodates up to 9 guestsâno additional guests allowed. Noise should be minimized after 10 PM, smoking is prohibited, and parties are not allowed. Guests must take out the trash before leaving, and extra cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is not left in good condition.
All guests are required to show ID/Passport upon arrival for local police registration. A tourist tax applies: âŹ6.90 per person per night (up to 7 nights), increasing to âŹ9.35 from May 1, with guests under 16 exempt. For same-day bookings, early access may not be guaranteed within 3 hours of reservation confirmation.
