Located on one of the most charming streets in town, East Cottage is the perfect place for a person or couple to enjoy Stonington in an affordable fashion. East Cottage has a three quarter bathroom with a shower stall and updated fixtures. There is a queen bed in the common area of the cottage as well as a dining table, a couple of comfortable chairs and a kitchenette to save you from having to eat out every night. East Cottage is the sister to West Cottage just across the garden, ideal for friends or family members vacationing together.
If you are looking for a clean, small, affordable in-town getaway then this sweet cottage is the spot for you.

The Island Agency is a local company staffed by knowledgeable agents who truly care about your vacation experience. We work closely with our homeowners to be sure that our vacation rentals have all of the amenities that youâll need to have a great vacation.
The Island Agency has been in business since 2011, offering Real Estate and Rental services on the Blue Hill Peninsula, specializing in Deer Isle and Stonington Properties.
HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING
No large parties or gatherings
No fire pits unless advertised and included
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibly of claims.
