Welcome home to this spacious, stylish, and well-appointed townhouse! This home features the best of both worlds -- peace and quiet, mountain views, and easy access to all that Charlottesville has to offer.
Just a 20-minute walk to Martha Jefferson Hospital, a 12-minute drive to the UVA Medical Center, and walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, and dining options, this beautiful home will be the perfect home base during your time in Charlottesville! Available for rentals of 30+ days.
This unit is a private second-floor bedroom, with a full bathroom accessed from the hallway right outside your room. This bathroom may be shared with one other nurse. The townhouse has 3 additional bedrooms that may be rented to other professionals (usually medical) and the main level and downstairs common areas are shared -- this includes a living room, two dens, a kitchen, laundry room, a half bath, a dining area, and a deck. The common areas will be professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis at no cost to you!
The whole house is yours to access with the exception of the other guests` bedrooms and bathrooms.
I live close by and am happy to help with anything that is needed!

The house is just .3 miles (a 7-minute walk) from the closest bus station, which will take you all around Charlottesville! If you have a car, you will receive a parking pass that allows you to park in any blank or visitor-marked parking spot, there are several bays of them right by the townhouse.
Since this is a shared housing set-up, it is important to be respectful of the other guests at the house. Noise should be kept to a minimum, you should clean up after yourself after using the kitchen, etc. Thanks!
