We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described. It was clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, and the amenities made our trip even more enjoyable

I don't like the fact that there were hidden prices. The host kept asking for more money to confirm my reservation, even when I paid already in advance. It felt like I was being pressured to pay more than I had to..

We experienced several issues during our stay. There were unexpected hidden fees that we were not aware of beforehand. The toilet overflowed and flooded the restroom, and we had to clean up the water downstairs ourselves. I messaged the host about the issue and asked for somewhere to send the full details since the message was lengthy. We also found dirty washcloths and the carpet was not clean. Additionally, we specifically paid for a warm/heated pool, but the pool warmers were not turned on. Considering the additional amount we paid for this amenity, this was especially disappointing. Overall, the property and experience did not meet what was advertised or what we paid for

Our stay even before our arrival was a rough start. The additional fee was never warned until 1 day prior to our stay. The resort check in person was just so rude. Communication with the host was a bit hard. I had to go through Vrbo customer service to communicate. When we arrived at the place, the coffee maker did not work nor did the dishwasher. This was communicated to the host. Who did not respond at all. The beds were all so uncomfortable. We discovered there only wood slats holding foam mattresses up. The bed sheets and pillow cases smelled like it wasnt changed out. It didn't appear the cleaning people cleaned the place. There were trash behind the dresser under the TV and under the beds.

HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely NOT recommend booking with this host.Our reservation was cancelled just a few HOURS before check-in, leaving us scrambling at the last minute to find somewhere else to stay. This was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable, especially when you’re traveling and already have your plans made.To make matters worse, there were additional hidden fees that we were not expecting, and the charges were taken from our account just a few days before check-in. We were also charged twice after the initial payment for this property. Then, when the reservation was cancelled, our money was tied up because the refund took 5–7 days to make it back into our bank account. So not only were we left without a place to stay, but we also had to come up with additional money to book another place while waiting for our own money to be returned.Communication with the host was also HORRIBLE. Responses were poor, unclear, and extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount of money involved and the fact that our reservation was cancelled at the very last minute.This was honestly one of the worst booking experiences we have ever had. Cancelling on guests only hours before check-in, unexpected fees, poor communication, and then having our money tied up for days completely disrupted our trip.Save yourself the stress and frustration. I would NEVER book with this host again.

Beautiful home & exactly what we were looking for. Everything was well organized, the space was comfortable. The host was easy to reach and made the stay effortless. We'd definitely book again
