Välkommen till vårt privata, öppna koncept, mysig studio i det trendiga strandområdet. Avskilt gata en minuts promenad från sjön. Steg från TTC, (kollektivtrafik), Queen St. East shopping, restauranger och barer.

Studion:
Detta är en privat och mysig, icke-rökare, husdjurfri källare och öppen koncept som är nyinredda och fullt utrustade.

** Observera: I våra fortsatta ansträngningar för att vara transparent är detta ett hundraårigt hem i ett historiskt, vackert och pittoreskt, gammalt område. Huset har egna egendomar och som i alla gamla hem kan ljud resa. Vi har hyresgäster på övervåningen, om du är känslig för de fotspår som kan färdas mellan våningarna, tänk på detta.
Du har full användning av en liten uteplats bakom köket vid skjutdörrarna för att komma in i lägenheten. Bakgården är våra hyresgästernas privata egendom, vi ber våra vindar att respektera deras integritet och inte gå tillbaka dit.

Sovrummet:
Det finns ett sovrum i ett öppet konceptutrymme, som visas på foton. Det finns en full dubbelsäng och garderob med hängare. Det finns också en hopfällbar futon för en tredje gäst.

Kök:
Det finns ett komplett kök med ugn, kyl, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffepress och nödvändigheter som socker, kryddor, gratis kaffe och te och några andra bonusar. Köket har dubbla glasdörrar som möjliggör mycket solljus. Dörrarna går ut till den privata uteplatsen med bord och stolar.

Boområdet:
Det finns ett separat vardagsrum med en nedfällbar futon, en ny platt-TV med Netflix och ett matbord med två stolar (extra fällbara stolar finns).

Badrum:
Det finns ett privat tvådelat badrum med separat dusch.

Internet:
Vänligen njuta av gratis, snabb, obegränsad WIFI och Netflix. När du är utanför hemmet och gör dina saker kan du få gratis internetåtkomst över hela staden.

Parkering:
Det finns gratis gatuparkering på dagen på gatan. ** För att parkera efter midnatt fram till 08:00, behöver du ett tillfälligt gatatillstånd från staden som är billigt och enkelt att få på nätet, men låt oss veta om du behöver köpa ett så kan vi säkert hjälpa till med att ordna det åt dig.

Förorten:
Platsen är på en av de mest eftertraktade och avskilda gatorna i det trendiga strandområdet och bokstavligen en trettio sekunders promenad till stranden, sjön och strandpromenaden. Det är också mindre än en minuts promenad till Queen St. där du hittar allt du behöver: livsmedelsbutiker, butiksbutiker, restauranger och barer, hip pubar, kaféer och "The Fox Theatre" (en historisk biograf för repertoarer).

This was the perfect place to stay while attendinf a work conference. Clean and well set up for new visitors to the city who are comfortable nagivating urban enviroments. Carlos was a great host as well.

Great place by the lake

You can't beat the location, especially in the Summer. It is steps away from the lake. I stayed here for almost 3 months. Carlos is one of the best hosts I have encountered. He was quick to help me with anything I needed. I recommend.

Idea Location

The location is the big selling point of this property and the owner is super helpful and responds to all questions very promptly. Having said that some things, like the shower, could use a real upgrade. As well, some of the furniture (bed, dining room chairs) are very basic and should be more comfortable for the price. The key problem is the noise from the upstairs unit. I am not particularly fussy about noise but some nights the dogs sounded like they were whining right outside my door! Better sound insulation, less dodgy electrical and an upgraded shower would be what I would need to return. .

It's also nicely located with a beautiful neighborhood, a beach next to it and also a bunch of nearby shop on Queen Street.

Misleading description! Booked a hotel room rather than stay.

The description of the place noted that the apartment was a basement studio. The pictures mostly represent the place well. Where I was mislead was in the description of the deck and the view from the deck. This is a direct quote from the owners review "What makes this house unique: I renovated the one bedroom, open concept, bright basement apartment in the house in 2015. It looks out on to a private beautifully landscaped garden with a pond from your own small patio. ..." The small patio is literally underneath the steps of the deck for the main floor of the house. The view (if you look through the stair runners of the deck that is OVERTOP of the little space) is of overgrown weeds. There is absolutely no view, and there is nothing that is "beautifully landscaped." This was a very misleading description, and I ended up booking a hotel for the night we had reserved this room. I pointed this out to Carlos and I requested a refund. Carlos was not even going to refund the cleaning fee (WE DIDN'T EVEN STAY THERE), but eventually returned that. Even though the description was SO misleading, we received no other money back. This was a very disappointing experience. Here is an excerpt from the text exchange from Carlos after I pointed out the misleading description ... "Chris, maybe where you went wrong was with interpretation as you've done here. I never said in my description that the view is beautiful, that the patio was beautiful, or that I was beautiful." I have the screen shots of his description that I am sending into to VRBO to report as misleading. All I can say is renter beware.

Very nice and cozy place

My daughter and I rented this little bachelor apartment for a weekend. It was very nice and cozy. The owner is very friendly and contacted us when we got in to make sure we had everything we needed and he came to introduce himself and explained the area. I will for sure rent this place when I go back.

I bought this gorgeous 4 bedroom house on a cul-de-sac in my favourite 'hood in Toronto, The Beach. I planned to live in it, but plans changed... I've kept it as a rental property since 2003.

I renovated the one bedroom, open concept, bright basement apartment in the house in 2015. It looks out on to a private beautifully landscaped garden with a pond from your own small patio. You are a 30 second walk to the lake, beach, and boardwalk. Beautiful in all 4 seasons!
