The three-story clubhouse offers thoughtful amenities: two swimming pools (one on the ground floor and an infinity pool on the rooftop with a stunning Arch view), a basic gym, movie room, BBQ area, and relaxing outdoor spaces.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all shared areas of the clubhouse, including the two pools, the infinity rooftop pool overlooking the sea, the gym, BBQ area, and cinema. The property offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay. Children aged 2 and older are welcome.

El Tezal is one of Cabo San Lucasâ most desirable residential areas, combining tranquility with convenient proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Itâs just a short drive to Medano Beach or the lively marina filled with bars and local boutiques.

Do not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation. No eating in the pool area. No food in the bedrooms. No climbing on the couches with shoes on.
- Pool hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Children may use the pool on the ground floor. - Children must be supervised by an adult. - The pool on the 3rd floor is for people 18 years and older. - We do not have lifeguard service. - No food or alcoholic beverages allowed. (There is a BBQ area for that purpose.) - No pets in the pool. - Moderate music levels. - No illegal activities or substances. - No glass bottles or accessories in the pool area. - No children in diapers in the pool.
