Nestled just minutes from the lively Suwanee downtown, our charming retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With a modern yet cozy interior, this property is the ideal home away from home for both leisure or anyone looking for temporary stay. Located just walking/biking distance to Suwanee town center and Town-center on Main along with numerous stores and restaurants, our home offers the best location in Suwanee you could find.
*The space*
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home boasts a spacious layout, designed for relaxation and ease. The tranquil backyard with a newly built bridge crossing over a little creek is a perfect scenery to relax. The home offers a spacious king bed, 1 cozy queen bed, 2 singles bed and two recently renovated bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped for a perfect family meal away from home. All rooms have smart tv that you can stream differently apps or Youtube Tv that's provided.
*Guest access*
You will have access to the whole house. We have a storage space in the backyard that you can request to use at a fee.
*Other things to note*
We have a small creek that cross that backyard. We have a fence surrounded the creek and a bridge to access the remainder of the yard. Please be cautious with little children or pets as they can crawl between the fence. We are not reliable for any injuries during your stay
**HOUSE RULES**
****Please keep temperature on the AC/heater within the range 70-75 degree for optimal efficiency and prevent unit from being damaged or freeze-over.
****Property damage/removal: Guests agree to inspect property for any damages at check in and notify owner IMMEDIATELY of any damages. If guests do not notify owner of any damages, then they will assume liability for any and all damage. If the insurance policy does not cover all of the damage, guests agree to pay for the remaining cost. If guests remove any property belonging to the owner, the owner has the right to terminate the remainder of their stay or take further legal action.
*****Repairs during stay: Guests must immediately notify owner of any defects or problems that may pose a threat to health, safety, or life. If the problem is urgent, the owner will take immediate action to resolve the issue. If the problem is non urgent, the owner will tend to it as soon as they can. *****Access to property: If needed, the owner has the right to enter the home to repair any issues. The owner will always notify the renter prior to entering the house and will never enter without notice.
*****This property is regularly treated by a professional pest control company. Unfortunately, you may still see certain bugs here and there as they are a part of nature in the Georgia woods that we cannot completely eliminate. Bugs cannot be a reason for us to refund your stay.
*****We also treat the yard with mosquitoes treatment, however there might be mosquitoes still during the summer months. Please be aware
******House has small creek in the backyard with fence around. Please watch out for little kids as they can slip and fall into the creek, any injuries during your stay are not of the host's responsibility.
******House rules: Guests must agree to the following house rules during their stay. If these house rules are broken, the owner has the right to terminate the remainder of their stay.
****** 1. Absolutely no smoking, illegal activities, or drug use. 2. Quiet time is strictly enforced after 10 PM. 3. Guests are not allowed to host gatherings of more than 8 people. Unregistered guests are NOT allowed to stay overnight. Any unregistered guests will result in additional charges. 4. The house is not baby proofed and does not contain cribs or safe sleeping areas for infants or toddlers. Parents, please bring your own necessities if you have younger children. Use bunk beds at your own risk. 5. Guests agree to keep the home sanitary and must not cause any destruction to the property or any belongings within the property during their stay. 6. Daily housekeeping service is not provided in the rental rate. If guests would like to request for house cleaning service during their stay, they may do so at an additional fee. 7. Sample sizes of shampoo, body wash, dishwashing detergent, sponge, paper towel, and toilet paper are provided for guest during shorter stays. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own supplies after it runs out. 8. Guests is responsible for taking out their own trash on Tuesday night (as Wednesday is trash pick up day) for any stays longer than a week. Please place trash bin in front of the drive way before Wednesday mornings. 9. Please be courteous when using the patio in the backyard. No profanity, loud noise, or activities that may disrupt neighbors.
