HuvudomrĂ„det Ă€r ett öppet kök, matsal vardagsrum med bord och bĂ€nkplatser för hela gruppen. The family room was welcoming and inviting and where we spent most of our time. This property was well labeled which was a very pleasant addition. Loved how close it was to everything and how well stocked .

Great location just far enough away from the main road where it's quiet and secluded but a very quick 5 min drive to all the shops and restaurants. Kerri was a great host and was attentive during the booking process which didn't go smoothly due to fraud protection. We definitely want to stay here again!

The Grayson property is lovely! Located on a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The house has everything for a home away from home getaway. Close to all major areas in N. Conway. Kerri the property manager is great! She is responsive and on top of everything. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Amazing Cozy Family Escape!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here! We have three kids under 5 so they were in absolute awe of all the toys in the basement and the bunkbeds were so fun. Hot tub offered a nice escape after a long day of skiing. Also location, location location! Cannot get any better, so close to town, the mountain, groceries, you name it. We had an issue getting in with our lockcode and Kerri was super responsive and helpful. Definitely bring your own towels.

Mountain vacation

We had a lovely time. The hot tub is fabulous. The cottage is a gem. We used the woodstove quite a bit to keep that place toasty warm on these cold cold days. There are so many trails to hike in the immediate vicinity. We were never lacking nature ! Town is quite close by, but once we’re home, it’s nice and quiet. Highly recommend it. Also very close to any skiing that people would like to do both cross country and downhill. Will definitely return.

Cozy and comfy....perfect weekend get away!

Spent the weekend here with my close friends and family to throw my 13 year old birthday party. The girls were able to have their own space down stairs while the adults stayed upstairs.....which worked out. Kahuna Laguna was minutes away and they came back and enjoyed the hot tub! It was a blast. The host was excellent at anaswering questions timely throughout whole process. The only minor complaint that we had was how.low the toilet was to the ground. It is not great for people with bad knees.

Great family get away

This place has everything! Everything a large family could need while away. The location was close to N. Conway area attractions. There is a lovely walking trail close by. The kitchen has it all! Basement was a perfect kid hang out, great for all ages. The jacuzzi was wonderful and clean. We look forward to booking again!

Great weekend get away for family & friends

Stayed for 3 nights with family and friends (8 total 4 kids 5-10 and 4 adults). House was bigger and better in person than the photos! Basement was great space for kids. Hot tub was perfect after a day at Cranmore. Wood burning stove made the stay cozy. Clean house and easy checkin and out. Only complaint would be the upstairs mattresses both had divets. Hope to stay here again!

Spacious and Comfortable

Great place for a weekend getaway with my husband and 3 teenage boys. Lots of space to spread out but great for getting together in the main area and watching a movie etc.

Great Getaway

Our stay is just what we needed. We needed a break from a very hectic time and enjoyed our quiet time. We have stayed here before and Kerri is an awesome host! The home is perfect and close to everything. The hot tub was the perfect end to our days!

Meh, expected more due to positive reviews

This property is in a good location and the host is very responsive, however we found the home extremely dated and just ok. At 400.00 a night total, we expected beds to be comfortable (in one room upstairs I kept rolling into my spouse all night due to angle downward, the other room's bed an old flimsy mattress that squeaked loudly with any movement. Pillows sheets and towels were old need a refresh. (hot tub towels were great however) On a positive note the jacuzzi tub was outstanding.
