Just minutes from Fort Myers beaches, dining, and downtown attractions, this home is the perfect base for your Gulf Coast vacation.
Make the most of the Florida sunshine in your private heated pool (available for $20/day; please allow at least 2 daysâ notice to activate the electric heater). The pool features in-pool loungers with an optional umbrella, a sun shelf, and a swim-up tableâperfect for enjoying cocktails without ever leaving the water.
Watch for local wildlife throughout the day â jumping fish are common, and dolphins or alligators may occasionally pass through the lagoon.
Boaters will love the neighborhood boat launch located directly across from the homeâs private dock, providing easy access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. (Please note: back gate access to the dock is currently locked for safety; guests may use the nearby neighborhood boat launch.)
