We uphold the local noise ordinances to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood. We kindly ask that guests are mindful of noise levels to ensure a serene environment for all residents.

Ample private parking is provided for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Per local ordinance, street parking is strictly prohibited. For the comfort of all, no recreational vehicles or trailers may be parked on the property. 

✦ Swimming pool ✦

The pool is a private oasis, with a variable depth of 3 to 5 feet. For your family's safety, please supervise all children, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. Please note, for hygiene and safety, pets are not permitted in the pool. 

✦ Extended stays ✦

For stays of one month or longer, a mid-stay cleaning service is required every two weeks, with the cost settled by the guest. 

✦ Pets ✦ 

Well-behaved pets are welcome for a daily fee of $25 per pet. Please inquire about special discounted rates for monthly rentals. 

✦ A Pristine Environment: ✦

To preserve the pristine condition of our home and for the comfort of all future guests, this is a strictly non-smoking property. A full remediation fee starting at $250 plus the cost of professional remediation services will be applied for any violations.

Your private pool is available year-round. Heating is offered during the cooler months for an additional daily fee of $25. To ensure a consistent temperature throughout your stay, this service must be scheduled for the entirety of your reservation.

Your exclusive island retreat is perfectly situated, offering seamless access to the pristine, white sands of Siesta Key Beach. A leisurely five-minute drive or a brief ten-minute bike ride connects you directly to this celebrated shoreline. We provide premium beach chairs for your convenience. To maintain our high standards of quality and service, we require a seven-night minimum stay. 

✦ Arrival and Departure ✦

Your access code will grant you entry at 4:00 PM on your arrival day. We ask that you complete your check-out by 10:00 AM.

While we do our utmost to ensure a seamless experience, we cannot be held responsible for personal items left behind. If you have forgotten an item, we can arrange for its return at a flat handling and shipping fee.

For your convenience, a personalized 4-digit access code will be provided to you a few days before your arrival. This unique code offers seamless entry to the home, becoming active at 4:00 PM on your check-in day and automatically deactivating at 10:00 AM on your check-out day, ensuring your privacy and security throughout your stay.
