Welcome to 126 Tropical Breeze, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath coastal escape located just one mile from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of Scenic 30A. This modern beach retreat offers over 2,700 square feet of beautifully designed living space, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Perfect for family gatherings or group getaways, our home combines modern style with coastal comfort.
Step inside to an open-concept floor plan filled with natural light and clean coastal dĂ©cor. The spacious kitchen features a large panty and second refrigerator and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal The dining area offers seating for 6 and bar seating for 10, while the adjoining living area features an oversized sectional and a 65â Smart Tv,
The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and spa-inspired ensuite bath complete with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Two guest rooms â one with a Queen bed, the other with two Doubles â share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, kids and teens will love their private bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, a 65â SMART TV, and its own full bath.
Outdoor living is just as inviting. Fire up the propane grill for dinner al fresco or catch a game on the 42â TV in the covered patio area. Guests also enjoy access to your very own 6-seater LSV, making it easy to explore nearby beaches, dining, and entertainment.
