The condo is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. Outside the unit, there is also a small private storage room, which can be locked and is perfect for storing personal belongings, golf clubs, or beach equipment.

Community and Golf Access:
A social membership fee of $150 is already included in your Vrbo booking. This fee covers access to all community amenities such as pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and clubhouse facilities.

If you would like to add a golf membership, please let us know before booking so we can provide you with a customized guest offer including the golf fee.

Golf Membership Fees:
1 month – $200
2 months – $300
3 or more months – $400

Upon arrival, each renter must register directly at the community office to obtain a membership card ($10 per person) and, if desired, a vehicle transponder for gate access ($25 per vehicle). These fees are not included in your Vrbo payment and are paid directly at the community office.

Due to HOA requirements, bookings must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival to allow sufficient time for community registration.

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
This amount will be collected separately before arrival and refunded after the inspection.
