The house was very clean. Checking in was easy. The house was a little outdated but we had a really good time there. The only thing is its about a 10 minute walk to the beach and we didn't have enough wah clothes and towels.

Overall we had a good time. Check in wasn’t as smooth as I would have liked. We had to reach out to the management group because we never received the door codes. They did get back to us within 20 minutes. The information on the WI-FI was not correct so we had to reach out to the management group for that also. One of the bathtub knobs was broken off and has not been replaced.

The location was great. However, it was evident the management co/owner is doing and spending as little as possible to keep it up. The master suite king mattress is caved in on one side. The shower curtains and liners were old/dirty. The sheets were old and pilling and uncomfortable. Would have expected better for what I paid but I guess location is everything.

The listing left out major need-to-know information, especially that this is a THREE STORY condo. Luckily that wasn't a major problem for us, but one guest has severe ankle issues & we would have avoided that many stairs had we known. They're were significant deficiencies such as the washer doesn't spin & drain. We had to bag up wet soggy clothes to take home to rewash & dry. Amenities were supposed to include body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Most of these were empty. The top floor was full if flies & ceiling fans had not been cleaned. Also, rustic poor patch jobs had been done instead of true repairs & this place is in desperate need of a full remodel.ctacked bathroom shower & floor tiles, towel bars not very secure, in one bathtub/shower the job to adjust water temperature was just sitting on the side of the tub, unusable, and a comforter with blood on it in the closet (not on the bed), but one of our girls wanted a heavier cover & this was what we discovered. All that said, it was only a 2 night stay & served the purpose of great proximity to the beach & view from the 3rd floor balcony.we reserved this place as it was a lower price than surrounding properties and now we know why. This is an excellent location. Please renovate & it will pay for itself. It served our needs, but left a lot to be desired for IOP. And you absolutely MUST make it clear in the description that it's 3 stories. Linens on the beds and towels were all clean.

Casago was very responsive, however, there were several less than par issues with the property. The code entry never worked requiring us to keep up with a physical key. We let them know the battery was probably dead for the code entry, they agreed but no one fixed it during our stay. The blanket in the living room area was filthy. The 3rd floor bathroom shower gel was empty on arrival, notified, told it would be fixed and it was not. The bathrooms were seriously dated and did not appear totally clean - especially the floors.The location was wonderful but I would definitely search for another option in the area.

Nice pool area and outdoor amenities. The covered parking is nice, but the unit definitely needs updating. The kitchen was lacking in several items. The HVAC covers were dirty. The bathrooms were horrible - tile was cracked, sinks had stains and some showerheads were pitiful. Twin beds in second bedroom were hard and not level. The information booklet had wrong info. Unit had basically what we needed, but certainly not what we expected. Checking in with a nightmare. The code to get in the door was incorrect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Isle of Palms. The only advice I have is for the property to complete some updates on the villa, it seems outdated from early 2000s. It was very clean, just outdated! But we would stay again! Customer service was 10/10.
