**5 minutes from Herrick Reservoir - 5 minutes from Clear Creek Station - 10 minutes from the town of Cascade with dining and a movie theatre** Tamarack Ski Resort and Brundage Mountain are nearby and offer excellent skiing as well as summer activities! Room to park your snowmobiles or ATV's/UTV's and miles of trails to explore. Do you want to kayak or raft? The Carbarton launch is just minutes away on the Payette River.

A large kitchen equipped with all the cooking utensils you could ever need will ensure you remain well fed. Extra blankets and good books are everywhere.
