Absolutely wonderful beachfront residence. Terrific main floor open concept with tons of natural light. The recent remodel is excellent. Towels and linens included. Tons of beach toys, at least 4-5 boogie boards, and 8-10 new/very, very good condition "Tommy Bahama" style beach chairs. (No need to overload your vehicle with this stuff) We will definitely return!!

The house is beautifully remodeled and directly on the beach. There was enough room for four families. The location was excellent nearby golf courses, pizza place etc. the host is excellent and responsive. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation full of memories.

We’re already dreaming of revisiting this wonderful home! Our party of 7 included all age groups—from grandparents to toddlers—and it exceeded everyone’s needs and expectations. Honestly, you can pack lightly, as you’ll find practically everything you need already anticipated and provided. The home itself is even lovelier than the photos, elegantly appointed and thoughtfully designed for maximum ocean views and family gathering areas, along with a generous number of private spaces, including 5 bathrooms plus a powder room. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen is well-equipped for a large group and a pleasure to use. Grocery shopping is conveniently nearby, and we made a couple of quick trips to Surf City Crab for fresh shrimp, scallops , etc. We had a memorable family birthday celebration around the ample dining table! We couldn’t have been happier with the location. The beautiful, clean, wide open beach is right off the deck, the community pool is on the beach just a few houses down, and both were uncrowded throughout our stay. It was sea turtle hatching season and we spotted numerous protected nests. It was fun learning more about them. We only had a couple of questions for our host, as everything was clearly communicated in advance. But when I did have a question, Krista responded immediately and graciously. This was our first visit to N Topsail Beach, and I’m so glad we found this incredible vacation home. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to go again!

Krista is very responsive and we had a lot of questions haha! the home is newly renovated and beautiful, functional and comfortable. The bedrooms all have bathrooms which is so nice. There is nothing like sitting on the outdoor porch watching the waves and activity prior to going to the beach! all Linens are provided and the beds were made on arrival, beach towels are available!, chairs, boogie boards and toys. The kitchen is so nice and we had multiple people working in the kitchen easily. The kids enjoyed the game room in the evenings but we had a perfect weather week so the beach was calling us daily.We have been coming to this area since 1977 and this property is our favorite so far.
