Located inside a beautiful historic building in the heart of downtown, this bright and comfy 2-story townhouse has everything you need to feel at home â and then some!
The space
- Plenty of space to stretch out and relax
- Super fast 100mb Wi-Fi for work or play
- 24/7 gym access + sauna + tanning bed
- Memory foam bed and one sofa bed
- Smart TVs ready for streaming
- Fully stocked kitchen for all your foodie needs

The Space
Youâll be in a prime location, close to everything that makes Cleveland awesome â but still tucked into a quiet spot just outside the buzz.
Walk or take a short ride to:
- Playhouse Square â 0.4 mi
- Wolstein Center â 0.4 mi
- Cleveland State University â 0.5 mi
- Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse â 0.9 mi
- Progressive Field â 0.9 mi
- Rock & Roll Hall of Fame â 1.3 mi
- JACK Casino â 1.4 mi
- FirstEnergy Stadium â 1.8 mi
Plus: award-winning eats, bars, shops, art galleries & museums â all just minutes away!

- We may ask for a photo ID after booking. Planning to park? We'll need your car details too.

Quiet hours: 10PM to 7AM
No smoking or loitering in common areas
No parties â like, seriously
- For safety, there are security cameras in the hallways, and a Minut/NoiseAware sensor inside the apartment (it only tracks noise levels â no audio recording!).
All guests are manually reviewed. We reserve the right to cancel bookings (penalty-free) if flagged as high-risk.
