Ideally located, you'll find Rodanthe Pier Place, Salvo Day Use Area, and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. Spend a day taking a leisurely stroll along the pier, playing beach games, birdwatching, or exploring the refuge's diverse habitats.
Back home, you're just steps away from the beach for easy swimming, sunbathing, and lounging on the sandy shore. Community sound access is perfect for launching windsurfing and kite-boarding gear or exploring the calm, shallow waters in a kayak. Community tennis courts are also within walking distance.
Inside this oasis, be welcomed by a sun-soaked, open-concept living area featuring plush seating, balcony access, and charming, colorful decor. Feel right at home sipping coffee on the well-furnished deck in the salty air or snuggled up on the sofa streaming your favorite movies. A well-appointed kitchen hosts modern appliances and everything you need to craft delicious home-cooked meals. Gather at the adjacent table to dine and share lots of laughter. The bedrooms are extra inviting with soft, cozy linens, additional TVs, and even more indescribable views. Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
2025 upgrades- new mattress on all beds, and new deck furniture.
