Great home for a family vacation!

Loved this property, great layout for our family of 6. Lots of room to spread out, pool/backyard was wonderful. The outdoor fire-pit with provided wood was nice for s’mores. Lots of provided towels, pool towels, and pool activities (volleyball net, basketball hoop, water sports balls, floaters). Open kitchen/living room worked great for us and house had everything you needed for cooking! Very safe neighborhood and area. The only improvement I might suggest is the putting green turf out back was pretty worn down, prefect for younger kids 10 and under, but bumpy and worn for teens and adults playing. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Owners were very responsive and helpful. There is a pool company that comes quite a bit, but they are there briefly. Just something to be aware of if you have older teens and leave the house for an errand. Instructions say they come twice a week (Tues/Friday), and during our stay they were there Tues, Thursday and Friday. Overall, would definitely stay again. If you venture out in the morning for a walk, there’s a beautiful wildlife nature path less than 10 min away called Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch. There’s also a great family park with some outdoor pickleball courts call Monterey Park in Gilbert that the owners recommended. It was perfect for our family! We also found a nearby indoor fitness center called Freestone Recreation Center, was 25 for a family day pass and has a full fitness center plus track, indoor pickleball, etc. Great VRBO!

Couldn't be happier!

There are a few things that really stood out about this property. The house was clean, comfortable and large enough to host our group. Like any house the kitchen is the most common gathering point and it is furnished with solid tools, plenty of pans, bowls and cutting boards. The pool was well maintained as well as the hot tub and the backyard was exactly the oasis we needed!I not only recommend the property but hope to use it again next year!

great family get away!

we had a great time, enough room for everyone to have some space, yet, several areas to gather to hang out or play games, etc. was perfect location, many things close enough to walk to. Will definitely do again!

Great House Beautiful Yard

Girlfriends golf trip. The house is large and the yard is beautiful. The location was perfect, close to many golf courses, restaurants, and grocery stores. We stayed two weeks and would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Lovely place and the host was awesome. Will stay here again for sure.

Family Holiday

The house was perfect for our extended family's stay. The house easily accomodated our group of 9. The flow of the house was perfect. The backyard was amazing. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future when visiting Phoenix.area.

Perfect for a large family

Property was perfect for a large family stay. Kitchen was well stocked and many pool toys. We spent the majority of the time in the pool swimming or using the putting green!

Never Disappoints!

We have come to this house multiple years now and our stay is never disappointing. The home is wonderfully decorated, furnished, and spread out for everyone to have their own space. The amenities here are great - all the kitchen utensils for regular meal cooking, hot tub, huge pool, basketball court, bags board game, family board games, plenty of towels & dishes. Great location, so conveniently close to AZA gateway, many different malls and shopping centers. The owners are more than accommodating! They were easy to reach and friendly. Cannot wait to come back next year.

Great space

The photos don’t do it justice. Very big outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone. We did a golf reunion with guys coming from California, Texas and Arizona. 11 grown men fit very well with the space. Pool was awesome! Upstairs loft very comfy and cushiony. Everything was great! Clean, instructions for TV , plenty of dishes and also location location location a lot of nearby retail. Golf course at superstition was also a lot of fun

Above expectations

Out of all the vacation rentals we’ve stayed at, this one takes the cake! It was so perfect for our family and was above and beyond what we were expecting. They had everything we needed that we couldn’t bring down with us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
