Detta är en lyxig lägenhet med 2 sovrum, 2 badrum på bottenvåningen, i fas 3, med utsikt över golfbanan. Det sover 4 till 5 personer och ligger i ett utmärkt läge i mogna trädgårdar. WiFi är tillgängligt på begäran och en extra kostnad.

Det har utsikt över den gemensamma poolen som ligger bara några steg från den stora uteplatsen. Sovrum 1 har två enkelsängar, två dubbla garderober, eget badrum, en 19 tums TV, hårtork och dörrar som öppnar ut mot uteplatsen. Sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar och en dubbel garderob med separat badrum (med dusch) och en 19 tum TV. Köket har en tvättmaskin och diskmaskin medan det stora vardagsrummet har ett bord och stolar och bekväma fåtöljer; soffan öppnar sig för att bilda en dubbelsäng. Det finns också en 32 tums platt-TV, DVD-spelare och iPod-docka och dörrarna leder ut på uteplatsen där det finns ett stort ovalt bord, stolar och 2 solstolar. Lägenheten har luftkonditionering för sommaren och centralvärme för de kallare veckorna. Barnsängar, barnstolar, cyklar och golfklubbar kan levereras från våra lägenhetschefer.

WiFi är tillgängligt mot en extra kostnad på £ 12 per vecka.

Semana fantástica

Pasamos una semana fantástica. El alojamiento grande, con dos habitaciones muy espaciosas. Todo estaba muy limpio a la llegada, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Muy recomendable para desconectar de todo.

We had a wonderful stay at the property, perfect position and it felt like a home from home. Loretta and Caroline couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Thank you for everything and we would love to come back. We have been to Roda for 12 years now and we would highly recommend this property.

Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien équipé et entretenu, situé dans un endroit très calme. La terrasse donnant sur la piscine est très appréciable et a ravi nos deux adolescents qui ont eu la joie de se baigner à leur guise. L’accueil et la réactivité de Loretta et de Caroline ont été très appréciables. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Wohnung und Anlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse ist perfekt. Auto für Unternehmungen dringend erforderlich. Die Kontaktaufnahme/Kommunikation war immer einfach und sehr freundlich. Anfragen wurden im Vorfeld und vor Ort immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Mail oder Whats App Check in sehr unkompliziert und zeitlich unabhängig. Eine Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung gibt es über einen Link von google Maps. Die Wohnung hat für 4 Personen eine schöne Größe. Sehr schnelles Wlan. Die Ausstattung grundsätzlich ist gut und entsprechend. Es gab genügend Utensilien zur Grundausstattung (Tabs für Spülmaschine, Waschmittel, Seife, Müllbeutel) Handtücher fürs Bad waren zu knapp bemessen: 1 Duschtuch pro Person u. 1 Händehandtuch für je 2 Personen für 2 Wochen ist eindeutig zu wenig. Auch wenn man die Möglichkeit hat zu waschen. Ein normales Handtuch zusätzlich gehört eigentlich zur Grundausstattung und ist auf den Fotos (Handtücher auf dem Bett) auch so zu sehen. Am selben Tag bekamen wir noch 2 Handtücher. So hatte jeder noch ein kleines Handtuch, dann aber wieder kein Händehandtuch fürs Bad. Diese nehme ich vorsorglich von zu Hause mit. Sehr schön dass es Handtücher für Pool u. Liegen gab. Geschirr/Besteck war auch zu knapp (Gabeln,Messer kleine Teller und Schüsseln) Kaffeemaschine fehlte u. wurde am 2. Tag gebracht. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank

Our stay at the appartment

We know Roda Golf and stayed there before in another accomadation.The appartment was oké but it need some TLC. Some reparetions at the curtains, the toilet kept flussing, the beds need to be replaced, the light in the bathroom was disconnected now and then and the cleaning could be better. (Dust) I had to clean the kitchen doors myself and the bathrooms partially.

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment for 10 days. Close to the community pool and close to parking. Loved that we could go out to the terrace from the main bedroom. The only minus is that it is far to the main entrance of the Roda Golf resort. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lorraine for letting us stay there on short notice.

Brilliant holiday

Our second stay at this apartment and it was fantastic. Beautifully appointed with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms air conditioning and an excellent location on the ground floor right by the pool. The complex is safe and quiet with the excellent bars and restaurants of Los alcazarres a short drive away. Already looking at coming back next year. Thank you Loretta for the superb service

Fabulous

The apartment was fantastic and provided everything we needed. The pool was spotless and the clubhouse provided excellent food in a fabulous setting. Los Alcazarres is a short 10 minute drive away with plenty of restauarants/bars to chose from. Would certainly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Holiday!

I stayed at the apartment for a week with my husband, sister, her partner and my 3yr old nephew, and we all loved it. The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. It really is a home from home. The kitchen is better equipped than my own! Even items such as dishwasher tablets are provided. There are books, dvd's and games in the living room for use while you are there, as well as maps and information regarding the surrounding areas. The swimming pool does not have a particularly shallow end for young children but there are two sets of big steps going into the pool at either end which my nephew enjoyed playing on, and with arm bands was able to swim around the whole of the pool. It never got busy and the people that we did see were all really friendly. There are small play grounds dotted all around the resort with two very close to the apartment. The food at the Club House was good and the portions big. The view of the golf course is lovely. You do really need a car to get around. There are supermarkets, restaurants, shops and of course beaches all within a few minutes drive. If you fly into Alicante, make sure you don't do what we did and get the A7 and the AP7 mixed up! We spent ages looking for our turn off only to realise that we were on the wrong road! (You start on the A7 but then need to turn off on to the AP7). A phone call to Darryl the facilities manager of the apartment soon put us back on track though. He was great and gave us directions all the way to the resort. We all had a really relaxing holiday and when my nephew was asked today if he wanted to go back to the holiday home next year he said "No....I want to go back now!", which I think summed it up for us all. We would definitely recommend.

Great Apartment

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, the location by the pool was ideal, the apartment itself was immaculate in décor and cleanliness, with all the appliances one is used to; i.e. dishwasher, washing machine and a docking station for the teenagers. I can recommend and would rate this 10 out of 10

Excellent property!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is spacious, neat and beautifully decorated. It is in a quiet location and I very much enjoyed cycling to the beach. The pool is very close to the patio, which made it easy to go for a quick dip. The kitchen is well equipped and there are multimedia features throughout the property. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment

I would definitely recommend this property. I stayed there earlier this year and had a fabulous week there. The apartment is as shown, modern, stylish, comfortable, with beautiful furnishings, and everything you might need provided whilst you’re there. Home from home! I loved being able to step from the patio area outside into the pool and the undercover section on the patio was certainly appreciated in the warmer weather. It was so nice to wander in to make a cup of tea (or pour a glass of wine!) and wander out again to continue sunbathing! The kitchen was well stocked and catered for all needs, with the dishwasher an added bonus! The local Club House was a short walk away with the bar area offering a range of very tasty dishes at all times of the day, the local wine only €2 per glass – very drinkable! There was also a top class restaurant in the Club House. Whilst I was there the complex was regularly maintained and kept to a very high standard and although personally not a golfer, the facilities and grounds looked superb and everyone spoke very highly of them. Would I return to Rhoda and this apartment again? Definitely!

Superb Holiday

We holidayed in the apartment August 2010. We had an excellent time. The apartment was spotless and had plenty of space for our family of four which included 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped to eat in and the club house food was superb. We holidayed in a group of 23 and our apartment by far had the most useful outside area with sunbeds with room to sunbathe and enjoy the pool and also outside eating are which was very welcome. Although fairly busy due to it being August the pool was never overcrowded and it was very quiet in the evening. Plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets would recommend this to anyone!
