Step into Bluesky Breeze Cottage, a beautifully restored 1869 farmhouse where historic character blends seamlessly with modern amenities, creating a unique and inviting getaway. Fully renovated in 2016, this spacious retreat is designed for families or groups seeking a blend of relaxation, comfort, and island adventure.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across two floors. On the main level, youâll find a queen-size bed and a bunk bedâdouble below and single aboveâperfect for kids. Upstairs, two queen-size beds and an additional single bed provide restful accommodations for the whole family. There are two full bathrooms: the main-level bath features a walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer, while the upstairs bath offers a bathtub/shower combination. Please note that the two futons are reserved for emergencies only to prevent damage.
Bluesky Breeze Cottage is equipped for modern living. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, 8-cup coffee maker, stove/oven, and microwaveâideal for home-cooked meals. Climate control is a breeze with two heat pumps providing heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, and a backup oil furnace for cooler winter days. Stay connected with high-speed Starlink WiFi, and unwind with a Smart TV offering Netflix and YouTube.
The outdoor spaces are where Bluesky Breeze truly shines. Sip your morning coffee on the spacious porch while soaking in serene tidal river views, gather around the fire pit for evening sâmores, or fire up the propane BBQ for a sunset dinner with family and friends.
