Bright 2 Bdrm Upper Suite in Historic Home!
This fully-furnished, bright upper apartment suite is located in the historic London Road Neighbourhood of Downtown Lethbridge and features two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom (no formal living room). Each bedroom has its own large closet and Smart TV. This property is just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, pubs & other amenities. A truly unique & one-of-a-kind suite in Lethbridge! Ideal for visiting workers. Open to longer term stays!
This unit is located on the second story of a 121-year-old renovated home in historic London Road. Stairs must be used to access the unit as it is on a second floor. The property is on a popular roadway for traffic (with direct access to the West Side/University), so you may hear vehicles during rush hour. The main floor is occupied as an office by day only. The yard is shared with the office occupants, but they are rarely there. You may encounter a corgi in the yard during your stay - so we hope you like dogs!
Guests have access to their own private apartment with private entrance. The outer gate and yard is shared.
Always available for assistance or questions via AirBnB, text or phone. If weâre around, we are more than happy to meet and greet guests!
The house is located very near downtown. You can easily walk to cafes, restaurants, bars and the library from your doorstep. If you head the other direction, you can walk through London Road neighbourhood - historic homes, parks and bike lanes!
Parking is on the street. If you have a vehicle, please let us know so we can ensure you have a pass. If you do not have a vehicle, the main transit hub is only 1.5 blocks away (a 6 minute walk) and includes local transit buses as well as the `Red Arrow` bus which shuttles between Lethbridge, Calgary and other destinations.
There is a business operated on the main level during daytime hours. It is administrative in nature and is not open to the public, so there are no customers on-site.
Laundry is located in the basement and is shared (but rarely used) with the office. Please message via Airbnb for access to do laundry.
There is a resident `office dog` who visits, so you may encounter a corgi in the shared yard!
No outside visitors or guests who are not listing on the Airbnb reservation.
No shoes inside apartment please.
Do not access upstairs doors to front or back deck during winter months.
No illicit or illegal activities may occur.
Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted on-site or indoors.
