Welcome to Peaceful Palms, a newly remodeled coastal escape in Fort Morgan. Peaceful Palms is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house that comfortably sleeps 8 and is perfect for families. This beautiful home boasts a bright and inviting open-concept living area with coastal-inspired furnishings, a TV for movie night coziness, and a hot tub on the sun-drenched deck.
This property accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary and first guest bedroom both feature queen-size beds. The second guest bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and a single twin bed. Additionally, the living room has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a fridge, stovetop, oven, and dishwasherâmaking it easy to prepare snacks or full family meals. Youâll also enjoy central air conditioning, WiFi, and all the comforts of home. Just steps from the sparkling Gulf watersâonly four houses from beach accessâthis charming vacation home offers partial ocean views between beachfront homes and a peaceful, laid-back setting far from the crowds. Whether you seek a tranquil retreat or an adventurous getaway, this beachfront property provides it allâmodern amenities, refreshing ocean air, and an exceptional location just steps from the shoreline.
You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events.
This home is dog-friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
