Welcome to Kokomo, a relaxing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo nestled in the heart of Seascape Golf and Beach Resort. Perfect for families and small groups, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and offers everything you need for a memorable stay on the Emerald Coast.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Seascape’s private beach access, Kokomo places you close to all the best that Miramar Beach has to offer—white sand shores, shopping, dining, and entertainment—all within minutes.

Inside, unwind in a bright, open living space overlooking the golf course. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk with a trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a 3-inch memory foam topper ensures everyone rests comfortably. A pack-n-play is also provided for little ones.


The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy meals at home, from cookware and utensils to coffee, condiments, and cleaning supplies. Guests will also find thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, and toys to make beach days effortless.

At Seascape Resort, you’ll enjoy pools, tennis courts, a championship golf course, and exclusive discounts on on-site activities such as parasailing and kayaking. Gold’s Gym access is also available for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

House Rules – Kokomo at Seascape Resort:

Welcome! We’re delighted to host you and want every guest to enjoy a 5-star experience. To help us maintain the highest level of care, please treat the property and community with respect by following these simple guidelines:


* Guest making the reservation must be a minimum of 21 years old and must be present during the stay.
*Respect for the Property & Neighbors
* No smoking in or around the property. If smoking in designated outdoor areas, please fully extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
* Please observe Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in accordance with Okaloosa County regulations.
* Do not hang towels or clothing from balconies.
* Parking Passes must be displayed at all times. A temporary pass will be issued at the guard gate, and two official passes are provided inside the condo.
* Wristbands are required to access all resort amenities. These are provided inside the property.
If a wristband becomes damaged, please leave it inside the condo at departure.
Any missing wristbands will incur a $30 replacement fee.

Care Inside the Home:

* Please do not consume food on couches or in beds.
* Only toilet paper may be flushed—no wipes or hygiene products.
* Do not set the A/C below 68°F to prevent freezing the system.
* When leaving, set the thermostat to 74°F or higher.
* Keep all doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.
* Makeup washcloths are provided—please use them to avoid staining towels.

Outdoor & Beach Use:

* Remove sand from personal items before entering the home.
* Rinse and store beach gear outside.
* No tents, umbrellas, or canopies are permitted on the resort beach.

Additional Guidelines:

* No pets are permitted at any time.
* No package or mail deliveries (no mailbox access).
* Please bag and securely tie all trash before placing it in the outdoor receptacle.
