Excellent property

Extremely clean property and a very well laid out house that allows plenty of room for a group to stay and yet allows everyone to have their own space. Troy had great communication aswell, highly recommend this property

Clean, easy and great for families

Had a great time at the Holiday Shack. House is modern, beautiful, great condition and presentable. Everything felt really clean. Communication with Troy the owner was easy and he was friendly and responsive. Would definitely book this place again.

Lovely stay in a lovely house

We really enjoyed our stay. Between the two families we have 5 kids aged from 12 to 17 and the house was perfect for all of us. The dining table was a great size, we ate and played games there. We also utilised the great outdoor space & the kitchen where we cooked a couple of nights and the other nights we ate out. The house had everything we needed, kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, etc. We walked to the beach but it was a fair walk. A short drive to the town centre which was handy. All in all we had a great stay and the hosts were great.

Wonderful!

Short stay for a family wedding. The property was immaculate and even though we did not use the kitchen etc, was fully equipped. Would not hesitate to stay again. Owner was beyond helpful

Phillip Island Getaway

We loved our stay at Troy’s home. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. There is a park around the corner and is about a 5-7 minute drive to the Main Street of Cowes & beach. The cooling was great and plenty of room for the 8 of us.

Absolutely amazing property

This property is exactly like the photo and the description. House was immaculate and clean. Did not need to bring anything, house was very well equipped. Host was incredible, consistently available and accommodating. Some lovely little treats for us on arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and lovely owners

Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was so clean and kept ready for us. The owners were very helpful and kind and made the stay an even better experience! We will definitely be back to this amazing house. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Friends trip

Beautiful spacious house with everything you need.

We would highly recommend this property. We went with 2 families and had plenty of space. The house was clean, easy to access and the fridge and pantry were stocked with not just your standard coffee and tea but so much more. Troy was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely come back .

Perfect place for our holiday!!!

We stayed at this place as 2 x families (11xadults) and there was ample room. Amenities were more than sufficient and the aircon system kept all the rooms cool - especially on the hot days!! Very clean and modern design, close to gym, bowling and shops in Cowes. We would highly recommend Troy’s place to anyone looking to stay in Cowes and would definitely book our next Phillip Island stay there. Thank you Troy for letting us stay and for the great communication throughout our holiday.
