V177 är en ny byggnad i hjärtat av Zona Romantica, bara några steg från Los Muertos strand och alla de bästa strandklubbarna. Det finns många restauranger - gourmet, "lokalbefolkningen", snabbbett - såväl som salonger och barer, musik och dansar allt du kan önska - du kan gå till på några minuter.
Enheten kan rymma 2 gäster, är professionellt inredda, välutrustade kök, höghastighets wifi, A / C i vardagsrum och sovrum samt 2 TV med kabel. Den har en bekväm king size-säng, rymlig dusch och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. Great place and exactly as described

The unit and entire building, pool area, etc. was immaculate and very well maintained. Great views from the roof top pool and all the amenities. The unit itself was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Also a great location as you can walk to many restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this property!

Happy and Satisfied

Greg is a wonderful Host! easy check in. Great location right next to the beach. only 4-6 mins walk to the major bars and clubs. The unit was very cleaned and we enjoy sitting outside people watch and waving as they passing by. The roof top pool and the view was fantastic. I would def be staying here again in the future.

Lovely Amapas Property

A great condo with a great location. The unit, and particularly the kitchen, is fully equipped for an extended, quiet, comfortable stay. Javier showed us in and was always ready to answer any question, and help with any issue, during the course of our vacation. We look forward to staying again.

Fantastic Location and Rooftop

We have stayed at V177 before but this unit was our favorite one yet. The corner brings in lots of light and two balconies to choose from. Everything was very clean. The view from the pool deck is spectacular and the location could not be any better. We can’t wait to return.

This place is amazing! Right in the middle of old town only steps away from the beach. Unit was clean and well appointed, a perfect retreat after a busy day of relaxation up at the rooftop pool. Amazing Condo and Great Location

Great Experience

The apartment is a beautifully furnished corner one bedroom. Gregory was a very gracious host. The neighborhood is very safe and easily accessible to beach and shopping. The rooftop pool view was nothing less than spectacular. Doorman staff were very helpful.. Highly recommended.

Excellent Location in Puerto Vallarta!

We loved our vacation in Puerto Vallarta! Especially this lovely condo to come "home" to after a day of adventuring in the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit had everything (and more) that we could need. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and all the best restaurants. I recommend breakfast at Coco's kitchen- the apple pancakes were my favorite. The staff and service were above par. Very accommodating and remembered us, our drink orders, favorite table, etc. We will be back and look forward to staying here again. We love PV!

Lovely, calm retreat in the heart of Puerto Vallarta

I had a wonderful stay in this V177 condo. The apartment is clean, very well stocked with all the kitchen and bath amenities needed. This apartment is unique in having two large patios, one overlooking the common garden area that is hardly ever visited by other guests, so feels like your own private garden. The building is also one of the best maintained and well-run of any I have stayed in PV. In addition, it has the best rooftop pool and lounge area I have experienced, and it was nearly empty during my entire visit. Both the manager and the owner were very accommodating and always available. You can't go wrong with this place.

Amazing place to stay

I love this condo and all the reviews I read were true!! . it is a WOW . Location amazing , beautiful condo insides , loved being so clsoe to the street and watching the people , great bed and all the things you need for your stay along wtih a amazing staff at V177 . Greg was great and super helpfull and check in a few times I was very impressed . I have statyed in V177 mnay time but I have found my new home away from home .

Much needed week of pure relaxation

We had the most wonderful week here. The property is kept immaculate . The location was perfect .. we walked everywhere. The rooftop pool was even better than it looked in the pictures . Gregory took the time to personally greet us and ask if we needed anything . Javier was there to let us in and show us everything we needed to know . It was such a relaxing week .. cannot wait to come back!

Best of both worlds

Our stay at V177 was truly the best of both worlds! We spent most days on the rooftop enjoying the sunshine, infinity pool and hot tub but with the beach a short walk away, we also spent a couple of days there. Given its location, we were a short walk to great restaurants, bars and beach clubs and sitting on the front balcony of the condo was A+ people watching. The quieter side patio was ideal for breakfast coffee or a quieter evening cocktail. Greg ensured we had everything we needed and Javier made for an easy check-in/check out process and was a text message away if we needed anything. Overall fantastic experience in the heart of the Romantic Zone!

I’ve been to Puerto Vallarta quite a few times so I know the area where I like to stay. This location is perfect! Just steps away from the main area of the Romantic Zone (restaurants/ shopping/ etc.). 1 block from the beach. Don’t have to climb up any hills. The view from the roof top pool area is beautiful! Little grocery store on next block had everything I needed. The building is newer & very safe. Secure entry gate with a security person always there. The unit actually felt larger than I expected from the pictures. Very high ceilings. Everything was great in the unit but most of all I have to say the rainfall shower is amazing ! Can’t wait to visit PV again soon !

Best Stay We've Had

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. The check-in process was seamless and well-communicated in advance. Javier, the property manager, was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the condo and property. He even checked in throughout the week to be sure we were having a good time. Greg, owner, was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Both gave some great food recommendations. Amazing restaurants all within easy walking distance. The area was beautiful, walkable and very safe. The condo was stunning and comfortable. The rooftop deck and pool were absolute heaven. Thank you both for an amazing stay. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this experience and rental. I'd give it higher than 5 stars if that was an option. Above and beyond.

From personal walk thru by Javier who handed us cold oshibori to chilled wine in the fridge courtesy of Gregory. Perfect location to the best ⛱ beach clubs and dining. I picked this particular unit due to the corner windows but got much more. Gregory not only called me, yes I said called, to confirm our trip but stopped by to introduce himself and see if everything was groovy. Street noise was nvr a factor. Linens, towels and bedding was supreme. Well stocked kitchen, except for shot glasses 😉. Moved to Hotel Zone as the unit was soldout. Javier generously gave us a late ck out. But we won't be doing the Hotel Zone again. Yes, incredible pools but its not Gregory's. The host with the most🤪 We'll be back.

Perfect Condo

Everything about this condo was perfect! Lets start with checkin process. The property manager Javier was waiting there for us to arrive. He was very nice and showed us everything the unit had. Which was far more than we expected and not missing anything someone would need. Gregory, the property owner thought of everything! Both Javier and Gregory checked on us a couple times during the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Gregory was even in the area while there so we were able to meet him in person. Great guy all around! We enjoyed our conversations about PV! The condo was perfect for us. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Malecon, restaurants and more. Almost forgot. Gregory had a bottle of wine in the refrigerator with a thank you note already there when we arrived. Thank you both for an amazing stay! We hope to stay here again next year. Liz and Gary

Great condo Perfect location

We have stayed in this building before but this corner unit is our favorite. Spacious, well-maintained, and TWO balconies: one at the garden level and one overlooking the street (great people watching). The whole building and grounds are beautifully maintained. The owner Greg and manager Javier were terrific. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

What a wonderful time we had in PV. The room was clean and had everything we needed. A balcony looked over the street below. Walking distance to most things. Location was excellent. Our host was kind and checked in on us. Overall a A+++ experience.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The apartment is steps from the beach, cozy and comfortable, close to everything, really an ideal location, hi speed wifi, the air conditioning works great, the terraces are fun to sit on and watch as the PV world goes by. Or you can pick the terrace that looks onto the gardens and the fountain for a little chill out too. But most of all the beach is literally a 1/2 block and there is so much to do within short walks of your location that it makes all the minutes you are there count!
