Plus the balcony here gives you the best spot for beautiful beach and gulf views. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Youâll also find many attractive features in our spacious beach residence.
From 8/18/25-2/9/26 the resort will be painting balconies during these dates so there will be workers present and scaffolding up on affected balconies.
During busy season yearly guests are allowed to have only one parking pass per resort rules, May 22nd through Sept 2nd every year
-Per resort each unit is only allowed 1 car, if you have more it is an extra charge through resort.
-Carefree check in so that you go right to this home (except during Spring Break)
-Electronic lock so you donât have to worry about carrying keys
-883 square feet of living space on the 4th floor
-106 square foot balcony equipped
-Living room features with a large Flat Screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa
-Fully equipped Kitchen including KITCHEN including blender, coffeemaker, toaster and more!
-Master Bedroom has KING bed
-Master Bath with tub/shower combination
