Vår 1818 kvm ft 4 sovrum -. 3 badrum Home är en rymlig öppen koncept kök / matsal / stora rum komplett med nya möbler, sängkläder, köksutrustning och ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Det stora sovrummet (komplett med 32 tums TV) är enormt med kung säng och badrum, och de övriga 3 sovrummen har queen-size sängar. Två sovrum delar en Jack och Jill badrum och och det fjärde sovrummet har en egen badrum.

Köket är en kock dröm med en inbyggd diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, ugn och 5 brännare gasspis. Den kyl och frys är en sida vid sida med is och vatten dispenser. Alla apparater är av rostfritt stål. De fasta trä skåp förstärks av granit, och det är en torr bar område som är perfekt för underhållande.

I vardagsrummet kan du njuta av flera mycket bekväma fåtöljer, som är perfekta för att titta på 55 tums TV som har obegränsade sport- och filmkanaler.

Utomhus hittar du en nyligen återuppstått täckt uteplats med en helt ny grill. Du kan också ta ett dopp i din privata poolen eller njuta av en kall en i hottub, med utsikt över den avskilda grönområden.

great get away

Very nice home and very convenient to the south west suburbs of Phoenix. Everything worked well and was clean. The hot tub was my favorite. The host did a great job and was very responsive before, during and after our stay. highly recommend this place.

Pool was fantastic!

We loved the pool and hot tub, easy to use. Grocery store and restaurants were close and easy to get to. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Great house, great location, great hosts

My family had an amazing time at this house. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were in it every day. The house has a great kitchen, lots of bed rooms and a sweet queen bunk room. They house location is near a lot of stores and restaurants, and has easy access to the freeway. The hosts are also great. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.

Beautiful Goodyear

This was an amazing location for us right between our daughters homes n large enough to host the grandkids n family. The home is lovely n well taken care of with incredible amenities. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying here for our vacation in Arizona. We had plenty of room for our family and the location was fantastic. The home was as described and was furnished with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was great and we would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Layout

House was within 2mi of grocers, restaurants, and highways manking it easy to have everything we needed. House was a perfect layout for 'hosting'. Pool and view were perfect for the price. Owners were active and responsive.

Comfortable home great host!

Comfortable home with a great spa and pool. Very quiet area, which allowed us to relax and unwind. Although we didn’t need much, you could see by everything in the home that Brenda thinks of everything to make her guests comfortable. Forgot something at home..... you can be pretty sure Brenda has it taken care of!!

We’ll be back!

We had the best time with our two small kids at this amazing house!! The house is set up perfectly for littles and there’s a park just around the corner. And oh the Pool!!! We spent all day back there! Brenda was very easy to communicate with and couldn’t have been a better host! We can’t wait to return!

Bill and I are Albertans that love to get away from our winters and take in the warm weather in Goodyear. Unfortunately, work still gets in the way, and we are unable to be at our new home as much as we would like, but would love to offer it to you to enjoy. We take great pride in the house we have just purchased and hope you will care for it as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose Goodyear as we love the size of the City and find it very easy to get around in. Bill drives a lot with his work and when we are on holidays it is so nice to get to all the sporting venues in such a short period of time. We just feel Goodyear has it all!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We had looked at properties for 3 years and the moment we walked into our house we knew it was the one! As we have three sons with their spouses, we were adament that we needed 4 bedrooms and it having three complete bathrooms, was a huge bonus. The backyard oasis was another huge selling feature. Because of the wrought iron fencing with a view you will not feel closed in, yet still feel very private.
