Med sin lugna surfa, vacker strand och varmt klimat, är Isle of Palms perfekt för en familjesemester eller en romantisk tillflyktsort för bara två av er. Enhet # 101 ligger bara några steg från stranden och komplexa ägda privat fiskepir, båda gated. Detta är ett första våningen enhet och har fortfarande en fantastisk, tropisk utsikt ner till stranden!

Vår lägenhet, Shipp Treasure är ett slut enhet så att du har bara sanddyner med sand och havet utanför. Den sydöstra inför fönstret ger det där lilla extra solljus som endast ges till slutenheterna. Vacker, frodig vegetation på dynerna håller din integritet samt anpassade plantage fönsterluckor! Detta nära havet kan du höra surfen på balkongen eller genom ett öppet fönster. Öppna dörrarna och känna det varma havet brisen blåsa direkt genom lägenheten!

Andra möten som gör vår lägenhet till en av de trevligaste i komplexet inkluderar: vackra bänkskivor i granit i kök och bad, riklig skafferi med anpassade utdragslådor, fullstorleksområde, pärlstavsskåp, plattskärms-HD-TV i båda levande område och sovrum, och dubbla sovhytt soffor. Vi är enheten 101 på första våningen, bara 10 trappor till den privata strandpromenaden. Möjligen den kortaste promenad från komplexet till havet, brygga, och en av de picknick / grill områden och poolen är bara några steg utanför. Poolen huset har en tvättstuga som erbjuder kommersiella kvalitet tvättmaskiner och torktumlare för de längre vistelser eller lågsäsong retreats.

Vår lägenhet är mindre än 14 miles från staden Charleston. Perfect Beach Getaway with Stunning Dune & Ocean ViewsOur stay was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the dunes and the ocean—sunrise and evening breeze were highlights every day. Beach access was convenient, parking was simple, and the building was quiet and well-kept. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful, and check-in/check-out were a breeze. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Highly recommend and we’d definitely return.

The condo was perfect had everything that you needed for a home away from home, the air conditioning was perfect, the beach was right outside the door, the only complaint that I have is no ramp to get a wagon to the beach, I heard it from many of the tenants, the condo was very clean and the design of beach decor was very nice, thank you Paul and Ruth, we will be back, thank you again

Perfect location

This condo was in a perfect spot for the beach. Loved being able to walk to restaurants. Only criticism was that it was too hot in the house and we could not control the AC. Made it difficult to sleep comfortably

Location great, but…..

While overall we enjoyed our stay, a very uncomfortable bed made for difficult sleep. The location was great, and just steps from the beach, but due to the condo being on the first floor there was no view of the ocean while sitting on the deck. The condo is rather small and fine for two people but no storage for suitcase. The biggest downside for us, however, was the bed! We got very little sleep because it has a dip in the center and way too soft. It is rather high too! Additionally there is no cable, so no opportunity to check the weather or watch the local news. And internet was spotty so we had a hard time with our iPad/computer connection. We did love that we could walk right out to the beach and into town with lots of shopping/ restaurants close by. The location is also close to Charleston.

Great little place

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the balcony at night. Bunnies would come out and the kids loved watching them. The pullout couch was perfect for the kids to sleep on the bed in the master bedroom was a little tall and a bit difficult to get into but it was OK. This place is really well stocked in the kitchen and we were able to cook all of our meals here and saved a bunch of money on going out. The bathroom and shower are really nice.We also really enjoyed access to the pier in the fact that the beach was right there. I was a little worried that it would be kind of loud at night time, but it wasn’t at all. It was actually very pleasant. There are so many things to do nearby. We really recommend people checking out excursions to Morris Island. We found so many sharks teeth and had a great time and it only took a few minutes to get there from the condo. Perfect place for a small family highly recommend.

We enjoy the location close to the fishing pier and we’re happy to be able to return after a year off. The unit is clean and well equipped for cooking but also close to seven excursions restaurants.

Birthday Getaway

Awesome trip, went down for a weekend away for my wife’s birthday. The accommodations were better than expected. Communication was great, amenities were just as described. Amazing family vacation

Our little family had the most amazing time here! We've always gone to IOP for the 4th of July but have never stayed on the island. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to dinner, and the condo had everything we needed to make dinner with a view on nights we wanted to stay in. You literally cannot get any closer to the beach. The marsh bunnies played and ate their breakfast just off of the patio each morning as we sipped our coffee, listening to the ocean. We are absolutely re-booking!

Vacation for two.

Condo was as advertised. We did all the historic sightseeing and this location was a perfect distance from all of them. The property is not as private as we thought. Gates to private pier and beach not locked people walked through from the street parking.

With our deep love of Charleston and Isle of Palms, and with family only minutes away in Mt. Pleasant, it was inevitable that we would own property on the island, and this property is the perfect location! The condo offers everything that we love about the low country; beautiful scenery, a quick stroll to the restaurants and shops on IOP, and easy access to all the culture, shopping, and experiences that Mt. Pleasant and Charleston have to offer.

Our family has been coming to the area since our oldest children, now grown, were youngsters and hope to create many more lasting memories with our youngest child and (someday) grandchildren! We feel truly blessed to have this 'home' on the island to call our own.

We love the toned down, family atmosphere; the short walk to island shops and iconic restaurants, watching the dolphins play in the surf and the waters of Breach Inlet, and the fact that we are only minutes from beautiful Charleston!

The condo is situated literally just behind the dune of the beach! You can open the window or sit on the deck and hear the waves breaking on the sand. Very peaceful!
