It is the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. Ideally located just minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, you’ll be close to the city’s best dining, attractions, and nightlife—perfect for families, business travelers, or weekend explorers.
Whether you’re here for work or play, this home is designed to make your stay stress-free and memorable!

The Space:
Step inside to a bright layout with warm natural light and modern finishes throughout. There are two cozy living rooms that invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal—from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The dining area comfortably seats your group, creating a welcoming space for conversation and connection.
