En underbar, helrenoverat, tre sovrum hus direkt pÄ Cayuga Lake men bara nÄgra minuter frÄn centrala Ithaca. VÄrt hus har en fantastisk sjöutsikt, en modern planlösning och vacker, high-end konstruktion och detaljer. Speciella funktioner inkluderar en stenad inför öppen spis, slÄende bred planka golv och modernt kök med alla nya, moderna apparater. Första vÄningen badrum och rum. PÄ övervÄningen du kommer att vara nöjd med befÀlhavaren svit med mer underbar utsikt över sjön. Uppfart Àr nÀra till ytterdörren. Privat fasad och brygga. Kajaker, kanot. Snabbt internet service med wifi, A / C, tvÀttmaskin torktumlare, tvÄ HD-TV, DVD-spelare, gas spis, vinkyl.

SkÀl att hyra detta hus:

1) Dess direkt pÄ Cayuga sjön med fantastisk utsikt frÄn dÀck och brygga, nÀra vingÄrdar, och Àven bara 5 minuter frÄn centrala Ithaca restauranger och shopping, och mindre Àn 15 min. frÄn högskolor.

2) Det Àr helt nyrenoverad, modern och vÀl byggd. Möblerna Àr vackra och nya.

3) Du kan köra nÀstan att göra ytterdörren, ingen större trappa till huset (som Àr vanligt pÄ Cayuga Lake). Du mÄste dock kunna trehjulig och sÀker pÄ foten. Det finns en vÀg med en rad konkreta ÄtgÀrder.

4) Det finns 2. 5 badrum, alla med nya glas kakel och vackra detaljer.

5) TvÄ kajaker pÄ fastigheten, en kanot, privat brygga.

6) Huset Àr stort nog för tvÄ familjer att dela. Vi har 3 sovrum och en bonus rum (med bÀddsoffa), plus en bÀddsoffa med minne skum madrass i vardagsrummet. Vi tillÄter upp till 10 vuxna och ytterligare 4 barn, för totalt 14 gÀster.

This place is even better than the photos — we woke up every morning to the most stunning views of Cayuga Lake right from the living room and master bedroom. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided recommendations for restaurants and other activities for the area.

What a gorgeous home! Beautiful property with well-stocked kitchen and many thoughtful extras. Excellent location near town and the state park, but mostly we were happy staying home enjoying the view! Excellent communication and instructions from the host. We had two members of our party who found the steps down from the parking spot a tad challenging, but agreed it was worth it, and did not hinder our enjoyment in any way.

Beautiful Lake house! The view of lake was unbelievable. Beds were comfortable and all linens we needed and more. Kitchen had every appliance needed and everything else for cooking. Dock and boats were great too.

Great location for our stay. Close to Ithaca, wineries, waterfalls and other activities. House was clean and well equipped. Great park and dog park just down the street. Like others noted, the house does not have a yard for a dog to run-around but has space for the early morning or late night business break. Good fishing right off the dock - just realize there are stairs to get to the water (they are in great shape). Owner provided quick and friendly communication. Would stay again.

The house was clean and as advertised. Beautiful location and the kids enjoyed all the lake activities. When something was missing from the kitchen, the host immediately responded and brought them the next day.

My mom and I had an amazing time in Ithaca! The house was beautiful. We used the kitchen, bbq, decks and game room. We had hoped to use the dock and toys. But the weather had other plans. Next time we are back we will hope for warmer weather! But the rain did not limit the view. Oh my the view! My daughter and a couple friends came by for dinner one night. It was the highlight for them and for us. They are in crew and their daily routine is to row out to this stretch of the lake. So fun for them to see it from a different perspective. And for mom and me to be able to be a part of it. I look forward to coming back! But hopefully for longer. A great spot for families!

Pretty close to perfect

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Beautiful house with a great view of and access to the lake. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable for sleep. We made use of the grill and the various outside seating.The only downside was the early morning rowing team practice that was easily heard with the way sound travels across water.

Our stay was too short, but everything was just what we needed and expected. Super clean, right on the lake. Upper parking lot on a busy road but we didn't hear any of that from the house. Many thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us!

We are an Ithaca family of five. We lived on Cayuga Lake at our other listing, 889 Taughannock until our youngest was born. That property has been a vacation rental since 2001. We purchased this house because it is absolutely magnificent.

We work hard every week to maintain our properties. We replace fixtures and appliances often. Our cleaners do a great job.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This house is only one mile past the Hanger Theater so it is very close to downtown Ithaca but it is a world apart. We are near Cornell University and Ithaca College (3 miles). We are near the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We are near Taughannock Park and wonderful hiking trails. However, the road is not appropriate for dog walking so you will want to drive to the dog park at Cass Park.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our new two story deck is a stunner. You can relax just outside the living room with easy outdoor dining. We have two kayaks and canoes on the property including life vests in many sizes. You can park your boat at the dock. Inside we have gorgegous wood floors and stone work.
