Our family of 6 plus a dog had a great time! The view of the lake was beautiful and the location is very close to Ithaca so we had plenty of things to do when we weren’t relaxing or kayaking. The dog park and marina 1 mile away became a twice daily visit and a great place to start a run. Be sure to visit the Ithaca Farmer’s Market on Saturday or Sunday.

Beds were comfy, host was responsive, and the view was fantastic. I particularly liked the rowers on the lake moving through the mist rising from the water. There also seems to be a Bald Eagle nearby and we caught a few glimpses. Wonderful hiking opportunities to gorgeous waterfalls are just a few minutes away. We particularly enjoyed afternoons on the deck.Early mornings in the living room were a little less than ideal because there is no escape from the early morning sun in your eyes. A few nits on cleaning--although overall the house was very clean, there were still grounds in the coffee pot and wet towels in the washer when we arrived. Overall a great experience with just a little room for improvement.

This property was a wonderful place to stay! The accommodations were exactly as promised and being on the water was a wonderful bonus. The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. As well, the property owners were a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our questions and concerns. I give this property my highest recommendations.

Wonderful stay! The home was exactly as pictured with stunning views of lake Cayuga as a highlight. Very clean with comfortable furnishings throughout. Favorite space was the spacious deck right outside living room. Carolyn was very responsive.

Wonderful property with epic views. Everything was as advertised by the owner on the website. Arrival instructions and coordination with owners before arrival were exceptional. Be prepared for lots of stairs but they are worth it. Furniture was a little uncomfortable and dated but typical of any other VRBO property I've stayed in. I would definitely stay again.

This place is even better than the photos — we woke up every morning to the most stunning views of Cayuga Lake right from the living room and master bedroom. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided recommendations for restaurants and other activities for the area.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house. The space was perfect for our group—plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra linens, which made the stay easy and stress-free.The view was absolutely gorgeous, especially in the morning while enjoying coffee. It really made the whole experience feel special. Whether relaxing inside or spending time outside on the decks, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back. I am excited to book a stay for a warmer time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped getaway with beautiful scenery.

Beautiful Lake house! The view of lake was unbelievable. Beds were comfortable and all linens we needed and more. Kitchen had every appliance needed and everything else for cooking. Dock and boats were great too.
