Spring Break

We stayed for 12 days during spring break and this property is the best!! Right in the heart of treasure island and things to do everywhere. Perfect size for 4-6 people. Only downfall is the 1 bathroom, but we made it work!

Great house

Great house in Treasure Island. Close to many resturants and activities. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Property manager was very responsive with and concerns.

Dolphins!

We saw dolphins off the back dock within an hour of arriving. 10 minute walk to dining and groceries. Property was clean and homey. Had a wonderful trip.

Location is everything with this house!

We lucked out finding this house because it was 2 doors down from where several of our friends were staying. It's just a short walk to the beach, short enough to run home for bathroom breaks or lunch. We spent a lot of time at the beach. We also enjoyed dining on the porch and sitting on the dock watching the water traffic, we even saw a turtle swim by. This house had a lot of character and we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the family room. It was clean inside but outside was left a little less clean. The renters before us hadn't put out the trash so we had full trash cans for nearly our entire week stay. They also left a dirty plate on the porch. The sand toys were spread all over and we found a dirty rag and trash in the yard. There are a few things inside that need fixing, a dresser drawer upstairs and a couple of drawers in the kitchen. But all in all we had a great week and didn't want to leave! I will add the property manager was quick to respond when needed.

Fun Week

My friends and family had a great stay at this property. The dock was a plus for our group because we love to fish and enjoyed hanging out on the dock. House was perfect for our group but would have liked a second bathroom but we made it work. Great stay!!

Cute house. Nice area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cute house with a great little dock in the back for fishing and boat watching. Short walk to the beach. Great location to many things to see and restaurants. Fun little tiki bar for a frozen drink right next to the beach access. Could use a few more wine glasses and there were some stains on some of the curtains/bedspreads (Not really that big of a deal). We enjoyed the good selection of games at the house. The house is on a busy road and was a little noisy at night. Overall a good experience.

Nice place and very clean. Very responsive to questions. Public beach access is about 60 second walk. Very big dock out back where we saw dolphins swimming. Would stay again.

Amazing view and location!

The house was very nicely updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! The house has a big back yard with a great view of the intracoastal. Amazing location directly across the street from the beach with a lot of things to do in the area. We will be back! :)

Winter break

The house/property are exactly as shown on the listing. Beautiful view from the back overlooking the bay. Plenty of room inside for a family of 5. Great location with a very short walk across the street to a nice beach. Close to restaurants but not in a very crowded area. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Family vacation at the beach

We arrived in town early and were able to get access a bit early, which helped us. Home was comfortable, the location was great. We couldn’t get the front door to open and they sent someone quickly who replaced the door knob and was very nice. If we travel to the area again we would definitely stay again. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

Boat access

The dock was good and handy. It’s not a no wake zone at the property so need to have good tie down process to handle boat wakes if you leave boat in water. The driveway is not user friendly for getting a boat trailer in the back of property it is VERY narrow and boat trailers will not make it through.

It was excellent

It’s an older house but nicely updated. The dock was a relaxing place to enjoy a drink or do some fishing and the house and beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival there was an issue with the CD player and cable TV authorization but the management company responded to an early morning call and quickly resolved the problem. The location was superb with easy beach access across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Family marriage

Excellent place to stay, Family of 4 and 18 month old. Supplied a pack&play for the grand daughter worked out well. The wedding was within walking distance and the extra parking came in handy. Went to seadog and caddy's good times at both. The place was clean and comfortable furnished well. The few kinks we ran into, couldn't get the grill to start so just used charcoal instead in the smoker, would have swept up more but couldn't find a broom and dustpan, and maybe a first aid kit would have come in handy for a bandage. Very small things to deal with,overall everything went well and would stay again, thank you treasure Island house!!!!

Yoo much traffic

The property was nice . It did have a musty smell. There was only 2 rolls of tolite paper, no coffee filters, unusable lawn chairs No salt or pepper or any condiments . The traffic was very busy and kinda scary walking on the sidewalk to get across street to beach. But absolutely loved the beach

The location is wonderful! Very convenient and everything is close by. The house itself is not exactly what it seems from the pictures. The appliances are very much out of date, the refrigerator has had an issue and has been spray painted. The bathrooms are definitely below average and their was never any hot water. The front porch was filthy and there were dead bugs in all the lights. The beds were great and most of the paint was new and fresh. We were locked out on the first day due to battery failure on the combo lock...and they had us in and it fixed within an hour. If you are not picky it’s a great place, but if you are looking for luxury, it’s not here.

Updated House and Amazing Location!

We have previously stayed at this house in Treasure Island about 1 1/2 years ago. As some of the previous reviews point out, the location is fantastic but the house needed some updating. We saw that the house had been updated, so we decided to come back. The remodeled home is so cute and comfortable! All new bathroom with industrial flush toilet, updated kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets with new granite countertops, new tile floors, painted throughout, new cozy furniture and comfortable beds. The front porch has been updated and there is a large deck off the back of the house with great views of the intracoastal. There is a large back yard with private dock that is perfect for boating. Walk across the street and you're on the beach! Plenty of fun bars and restaurants within walking distance. The location of this house is still amazing and the house is now cute and comfortable with all the amenities. We will be back!

The location was great but the house needs a loot improvement. The Ac wasn’t working on bedrooms and mattress was very old not comfortable. Very dusty and old smell.
