Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located studio in the center of Myrtle Beach. This room features two full size bed, pullout sofa, smart tv, free wifi, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig & and en suite bathroom.
This is the hotel that been recently remodeled to an apartment complex.
**PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
Studio on the ground floor with 2 double beds and pullout sofa

*Only 1 pet is allowed less than 30lbs with pet fee
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only
*No parking available

Guest Access:
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
