Fully furnished apartment with a spectacular view of the river. Our apartment is located in the most exclusive area of ââGuayaquil, on the banks of the River. Next to the Wyndham hotel, restaurant bars and much more. Super Fast Wifi, Netflix, TVs in all rooms, security and concierge 24/7.
In compliance with building administration regulations, access to all facilities is **restricted for reservations under 15 days**. This policy is in place to uphold established guidelines and ensure the smooth operation and enjoyment of amenities for all residents and guests. We are always available just a call or a message away for guests, always respecting their privacy and space.
Attention: By provision of the building administration, access to social areas such as swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym can only be allowed for stays longer than 15 days.
