You'll find parking for up to three vehicles behind the home, and entry is through the back deck, where you can unwind in the private hot tub after a day exploring the lake or strolling Sherman Avenue.

Inside, you'll love the warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and inviting layout—ideal for families or groups traveling together. The living area features a large flat-screen TV and a selection of games for cozy nights in. The spacious dining area seats eight, with an additional window seat perfect for morning coffee or evening conversation.

With room for up to 12 guests, this home combines the charm of a classic CDA craftsman with the modern comforts and unbeatable location you're looking for. Park the car and enjoy everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer—just steps from your front porch.

A quick reminder to help ensure a smooth stay:
- Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.
- The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn't working for your group, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee.
