The Space:
This spacious, light-filled, one-level apartment is designed for comfort and style. Located on the second floor of a beautiful building steps from the lake and Hyde Parkâs iconic mansions, this 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for families, friends, and group getaways.
The professionally decorated living space features soft, cozy tones, a 55" Smart TV, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. Enjoy meals together at the dining table or breakfast bar with two stools, and take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen â complete with coffee, cooking essentials, and more.
Each bedroom offers plush bedding and ample closet space with hangers.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, blackout curtains
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Ensuite bathroom + desk for remote work
Bedroom 3: Queen bed + dresser and closet
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + Desk setup
Bedroom 5: Full Bed + TV for private entertainment
There are three full bathrooms, a washer and dryer in-unit, and even a Queen air mattress for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Guests will also enjoy a dedicated parking space, an iron and ironing board, and thoughtful extras like extra coffee, soaps, and supplies â all part of the Dwellish touch.

Guests have access to the entire unit.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must use stairs to access the second floor of the building. There is no elevator.
We are pet-friendly - pets must be registered with the reservation. Guests are responsible for their pet, and any damage incurred will result in a charge.
