Very nice property, was perfect for 3 couples while we were in town for a wedding. Centrally located so easy access to downtown sites, the Capitol, U of U, and only 30 minutes from Park City. I would rent again.

Everything was amazing! We will always stay here if available! Daniel was beyond understanding about our situation. I have stayed in so many VRBO properties all over the world and many in salt lake and I can say this was by far the best experience I have ever had mainly because of Daniel and Sara but also because the place just works perfectly with location comfort cleanliness … EVERYTHING! We had a unique situation with aging parents and a brother going thru health issues at the hospital and could not have asked for a better place or more importantly amazing host!

Wonderful guest. We provide an indoor parking spot and several outdoor parking spots, and all of them are free. So she gave 5 out of 5 stars because she simply parked in the outdoor spot and everything worked great for her. Yay!

Great property. We were here for the marathon and it was walking distance to the finish. Parking was different bc it’s in a tight spot but it worked well. Very clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable. Daniel was very responsive and easy to get ahold of!

We received excellent communication throughout. We loved the upper deck and grill area. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to Trader Joe’s, Trolley Square, the Trax and a quick drive to downtown and the University of Utah. Thank you for your hospitality.

Communication was great before, during and after our stay. The indoor parking, spin room and saunas were bonus amenities. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had more dishes, glasses, pans, etc. than we've had at anywhere else we've stayed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and linens. We look forward to a future stay.

We had five parents staying here while visiting our U of U students who live nearby, and it was a great fit for our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the location was especially convenient, right next door to Starbucks, about a block from Smith’s, and very close to our son’s college rental house.The building itself was quiet and felt very safe and secure, with a digital key required for entry. We loved that it felt private and secluded while still being within easy walking distance of everything we needed.Daniel was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our kids in Salt Lake City!
