På en kulle gammal gård (så kalla tjocka väggar) med fantastisk utsikt över de toskanska kullarna. Stor del (150m2) i en Casa Colonica (gården). Lyxfastighet med fantastisk utsikt över en medeltida by. Simbassäng. 4 sovrum, 2 badrum, öppen spis. Mycket barnvänligt, 2 babysängar och 2 barnstolar. Rymligt vardagsrum med öppet kök, öppen spis och stor privat terrass. Platt skärm med satellit och DVD-spelare. Pool med olika (lögn) sängar och en soffa. Byar i närheten som Panzano och Greve Montefioralle med bra stormarknader, fina restauranger och terrasser. Marknad på lördagar och söndagar. Även du kan besöka Florens och Siena (båda 30 km). Vandringsleder direkt hemifrån. På sommaren kan du använda den stora grönsaksland. Ägare är ibland närvarande i huset på övervåningen (inte hyras). Det finns en privat väg från lägenheten till poolen.

The property is impeccable with ample space for 8-9 people, a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious pool and wonderful views from the terrace. The small walled village of Montefioralle can bee seen from the terrace. There are two excellent restaurants there and a lovely bar and local artisans. It can easily be reached by car or a 30min walk along dirt roads. Over the next hill is the larger town of Greve in Chianti, a lovely public square with many restaurants/services and a Saturday market. Again easily accessed by car or a 40min walk along a dirt road. Just south of the residence is the small town of Panzano. Good restaurants, amazing sunset views and a small but well stocked grocery and butcher can be found here.The house is centrally located about 1 hour drive from Florence and no more than an hour drive from favorite destinations such as Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena.The owner had good communication, answered questions and provided well written instructions for enjoying the house and surrounding area.

Wonderful! Our second visit!

Beautiful house, verandah and great swimming pool - large and deep enough for diving if your teenage kids love this as ours do! The Chianti region is beautiful. Trips to Siena and San Gimignano are a must!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay in the Lebon’s home. The house, the pool and the view are beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals and there are also plenty of restaurants in the neighboring towns. There are lots of vineyards for wine tasting all around, many small towns to visit and the house is close enough for day visits to bigger cities such as Florence and Sienna. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Beautiful villa in a dreamy setting

My husband an I spent 5 nights at the villa. We rented bikes and used them as our sole means of transportation. It worked out perfectly, as there are many restaurants not that far, and several towns that are easy to reach. But the time spent at the house just looking out at the view was truly magical. Pool was great as it was still very hot in October and there were still some veggies in the garden. I would highly recommend staying here. This was actually our second year staying here.

Beautiful view!

We had a lovely stay at Tessas house/apartment! The house corresponded to our expectations; very clean, spacious, very nice patio with stunning view. The pool area was very nice with beautiful lavender (and lots of bees!) and view. Tenants before us had written that the road to the house was ruff and needed a four wheel drive-car; we didn´t think it could be so ruff after drivning on smaller roads in Sweden where we live and driving a lot in both Tuscany and Provence, but the road is very ruff, being a old roman road. We had a rental car that was quite low and that made it very exciting (!) to drive. Read the sign in the beginning of the road and if possible have a higher car! The kitchen was all new and worked very well for cooking and the sitting area with the open fireplace was very nice. Thanks! Annica Sjödin with family

Stunning views and with a car we had easy drives to many Tuscan hillside villages and Firenze historical attractions. Easy access to grocery stores and markets. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Nice modern bathrooms. Beautiful pool!!! We had a wonderful experience at this villa.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique propriété en plein cœur de la campagne toscane. La maison est pleine de charme et très bien équipée, la piscine est magnifique. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la vue de la terrasse est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Tessa est une hôtesse très réactive et arrangeante. Florence, Sienne et San Gimignano sont à moins d’une heure en voiture. Montefioralle est accessible à pieds si on aime les randonnées sportives… je recommande vivement cette formidable adresse !

Traumhafte Unterkunft!

Es gab für uns keinerlei negativ Punkte! Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft gelegen mit einem super schönen Pool und toller Ausstattung im Haus. Es ist sehr sauber und sowohl die Küche, als auch alles drumherum so ausgestattet, dass man sich wie zuhause fühlen kann. Alles sehr großzügig und weitläufig und vor allem der Blick über die Toskana ist einfach unvergleichlich.Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir könnten eine super Zeit genießen - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Family Trip

We had a fabulous time at the property which is stunningly maintained and located in the picturesque Tuscan hills. It’s within a 45min drive of all major tourist towns including Siena, Florence and San Gimignano, and the local town of Greve in Chianti is equally lovely. We couldn’t fault the stay, thank you!

Very good stay in the middle of chianti

Traditional and magnificent house with a stunning view to the Tuscan landscapes! The house is well fursbished, beware the via romana to get there, drive slowly . We enjoyed our stay there and would definitly come back Thanks !

A True Tuscan Experience

The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. It was so relaxing and quiet and really felt like you had it all to yourself. The house itself was great - 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms (especially for European standards) provided plenty of space to spread out. It could have been the time of year that we were there (September) but the mosquitos were absolutely awful so make sure to bring bug spray. Other thing to note is there is no hair dryer in the house. And as someone who does not ever travel with one, it left us running to the store to buy one!

Beautiful villa but very remote

We stayed here for 4 nights. Tessa provided quick responses to our questions. The villa has an unbelievable view of the Tuscan hills. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and it had a nice open living and kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. On our last night, Tessa provided a chef who made a great dinner for us. The road to the villa is a very rough dirt road that is 3/4 of a mile. Plan extra time to get anywhere! When you arrive at the villa, there is a gate that needs to be opened, which we did not know about but figured it out. The coop in Greve is the place to get your groceries.

Erholsame Woche mitten in der Natur

Super schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet - vor allem die Küche. Sehr geräumig. Wunderschöner Weitblick von der Terrasse. Allerdings sollte der Schotterweg erwähnt werden, nicht unbedingt praktisch für jedes Auto. Leider konnten wir auf Grund der Temperatur den Pool nicht nutzen. Das nette Besitzerehepaar war in der Zeit auch anwesend.

Prachtig, zeer compleet uitgerust en mooi gelegen huis voorzien van alle comfort. Vier uitstekende 2-persoonsbedden en nog 1 bed extra. Moderne en nette badkamers. Schitterend uitzicht vanaf het terras. Heerlijk zwembad met voldoende bedjes en schaduw. Middenin natuur gelegen. Hertjes langs de toegangsweg

A great stay

The house and the location/view is amazing. Rooms are big and spacious, kitchen is well equiped. The road to the house is dirt road and SUV is definitely to prefer. The pool is amazing, but unfortunately not in connection with the house/terasse.

Wonderful

Amazing flat in a gorgeous location. Easy access to nearby towns and wineries. Breathtaking views all around, especially from the pool. The flat, pool area and garden were exceptionally clean and well taken care of, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
