Live in a beach-city paradise in the best residential area in Condado with one of the largest swimmable and sport-oriented beaches of Ocean Park. Sand awaits right at your doorstep, and every afternoon, Sunsets! The building is conveniently located, with proximity to the islandâs most prominent areas, and offers a variety of nightlife activities. Walking around is very appealing closer to restaurants, 24/7 supermarkets, coffee shops, schools, casinos, bars, stores, banks, hospitals, easy access to the highway, and with a few minute's drive to the airport, the historic Old San Juan, El Distrito Entertainment Convention Center, Condado Lagoon, SJ Juan Bay, the trendy area of Miramar, La Placita de Santurce and the Condado area.

Quiet environment and peaceful. Only 2 apartments per floor. Comfortable for 4 members; queen-size beds in each bedroom. Â The unit is not child-proof. Going downstairs, you will have immediate contact with the sand Ocean Park Beach, one of the largest warm, swimmable, and sport-oriented beaches in San Juan.
